staff was extremely friendly and helpful, had an issue with a crooked taxi driver , hotel staff stepped in to resolve it, breakfast was very good, hotel was always spotless clean , breakfast staff always go above and beyond to cater to your needs, i will definitely stay here again

I love this hotel. I care about this property. I will be honest about my advice. At breakfast, I would advise to be available until 10:30 instead of 10:00 a.m. Also, please change the juice at breakfast. It is not pleasing. One last thing; the carpet area on the 4th floor near the elevators needs some cleaning. There is a lot of staining to the area carpets.
