The hotel is very crowded and full of Iranian people with different culture . The breakfast is same everyday. The rooms are small without air and views. Personnel are rode without any responsibilities. If you want to enjoy your trip please do not choose this hotel.
Right now I am in this hotel. The breakfast is always the same during my visit. Coffe or tea or water, for drinking, is not free after breakfast. You can hear the voice of other room clearly.. Last night I went to swimming pool and the water was so cold and the shower was dirty and awful ... There are lots of good points too. The crew is nice and freindly and the location is very suitable And near metros and isticklal st...

This is not a realy 4 or 3 star hotel , i stay in room number 315 in october 2017 , the breakfast was not good and it was very bad , the rooms was so bad and dirty and the personnel of this hotel dont have the politely behavior with the passengers
I’m in the room #221, The room is so small, and very very very very cold. The breakfast is not good. Room light is awful, the bath and wc is good, room service is good, but I offer you never select this hotel. The wifi is bad. The staffs are not friendly.
It's not a 4 star hotel. A very ordinary hotel and a very poor location, I did not see anything good at this hotel. The breakfast was very simple and the rooms were small and sound. I do not recommend anyone to this hotel at all, and this is my personal opinion.
The hotel is very good. There is free wi-fi and a nice swimming pool which is open till 10 pm. You can relax after a long day exploring Istanbul. In my opinion the location of the hotel is the best advantage as its only a 5 minute walk to Istiklal street and there is a bus and metro station (Sishane) just about 100 m from the hotel. You can ride the metro reaching Sultanahmet area, containing most of the landmarks, in less than 20 minutes. There are only 2 down-sides to the hotel. One of which is the small rooms which I think is okay as most hotels are similar due to overpopulation in Istanbul. Second of which is that the breakfast is not that good and does not include any Turkish specialties. In general I recommend it.
First of all these thieves stole my tablet from my bag when it was at the bellboy's room and never helped me in solving that problem . as for the rooms, they are small with a bad view. The housekeeping and the reception are bad as well they missed cleaning the rooms and didn't treat the customers right. I don't recommend that hotel to anyone.
We stayed in this hotel for a week with my family and I should say we really liked it. It was really clean and the staff were really kind and friendly. While booking this hotel please be careful to get one of the rooms at the right side of the hotel (I mean the ones that you can see the elevator at the entrance of the hotel not the ones that you should go through another lobby to get to the elevator) cause the rooms are bigger and nicer than the ones on the left. The location is not bad and you have an easy access to metro, the station is only one minute from the hotel. Going to Taksim Square takes about 15 minutes on foot but it's only one station with Metro. Istiklal street is 7 minuets from the hotel on foot. You can go anywhere easily by Metro or Taxi from the hotel. You have free WiFi everywhere including the time you are in your room which makes it really easy for you to communicate. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety. The hotel also has a clean pool that you can use. In general, I should say I recommend staying in this hotel.
Its a very good hotel. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They will give you proper information about public transport. Hotel has a relaxing swimming pool. Good breakfast. I recommand this hotel for family or Business TUNISIA
