Our rooms had a weird light feature which was like a pillar. It took too much room and seemed unnecessary. On our first night prople in the next room made too much noise. We were moved to a better room without any hassles immediately. The pillows were too hard and thick. I had a sore neck every night. Staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. They were helpful enough but hardly saw them smile. On their website it says they have a laundry, however, guests are not allowed to use it. They launder and iron clothes for a fee. However, my clothesweren't prolerly and they were still damp when I got them. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When requested, they provided an iron and said we needed to use the bed as an ironing board. The rooms smelt like cigarettes a little. There were ashtrays in the rooms. For around 1800 lira per night for a twin room, it was not too bad.

We booked a twin-bed room which was small but quite clean and pleasing , the staff were really friendly and hospitable especially Adnan who could speak English and was really helpful .The only weakpoint was the location, we had to take a taxi ( very expensive) to get to the beach or take train or subway to the downtown

The best affordable hotel with high standards

The hotel is surprisingly very clean and friendly they are always willing to assist and even booked my dentist for me Great hotel great staff always nice to see a hotel with cleanliness at a very high level This hotel is good for business trips and family Overall I am amazed as other hotels in the area at higher prices don't compare to this hotel You will not regret the stay Internet is always good and transportation is local to go anywhere via metro always a taxi in hand just great all round

Great stay great location

Our stay at this property was excellent. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and extremely clean and bedding was changed every day. Transport links to the city are cheap and very close if you want to use the metro. Overall i cant fault this hotel will be staying there again in the near future. Fantastic 👏
