The hotel has no hot water I had to take my family for one night in different hotal for one night I even try to explain and help manager they never cleaned room no exhaust fan on washroom please consider refund for at least one light that hotal did not probed hot water

I would stay there again, notwithstanding the little things to consider: airport transfer round trip is €40 in TL; If you open the window to get fresh air you’ll get plenty of noise (airplanes, street & such), I slept well regardless. ;) And things can be slightly off/broken in the room: 1 out of 2 shower heads in my case (just ignored the broken one). The bottom line though is: it works quite well for a layover, would book again.

I had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed — with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I have in weeks. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay, keeping everything immaculate. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of hospitality. It's close to so many shops and cafés, 5-minute walk to the main street (Bagdat), and a 10-minute walk to the train (which was so easy to use, and clean). Also, the breakfast buffet had an abundant variety of Turkish breakfast foods.

We stayed one night for layover, 12 mins away from the airport, they arranbed the shuttle via whatsapp and sent instruction to meet point, hotels os fairly new and extremely clean and modernized, rooms are good size, staff very nice and heled us to get to the room, 2 mins walk super market, 4-6 min walk for several choices of restaurants with resonable price, there is no breatkfast but they have manu connected to restaurant to have room service but prices are bit expensive, overall 10/10.

The shower did not had a hot water in it. I think the issue was with the mixing tab. I informed the hotel management about it other than that hotel is brand new. Very nice room very close to airport.
