The room was nice. The bed was not comfortable and was very squeaky. Anytime you would turn over in your sleep you will be waken by the loud noise the bed makes. Water was not provided in the room, we had to order some. The bathroom had a terrible smell. The towels had stains. They provided toiletries in the bathroom. I really loved the location of the hotel. Close to the port and right by the sea. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food, but no heaters in the restaurant so you couldn’t really sit longer than the length of a meal. Check in was easy and staff are nice.

On the seashore, exterior historical hotel.

The hotel was ok in general, clean lobby nice patio etc. But as soon as I entered my which was "deluxe" was not cleaned properly. I found long hairs on the bes, under the pillow and on the shampoo container in the shower. Manager was very nice to change it immediately and he apologized many times. He said the housekeeper just started working there. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast.

Perfect location for me

The excellent view from the bed across to Asian Istanbul compensated for the internet problems on the first of three days. On the first morning the otherwise beautiful breakfast room was not heated, lessening the enjoyment of the nicely presented breakfast plate, but on demand next morning the heating was put on so the late October weather was bearable.. Staff very friendly; the room dominated by a huge bed with little space to move, the very large bathroom could be fitted with a luggage rack, that woud make a stay for two possible.

Nice hotel to relax

The stuff and the place of the hotel is quite great! It's silent place to stay it's simple but cozy and clean. It's our second stay and for sure next year again. But it would be great if there would be an water kettle in the room for coffee&tea just a suggestion :)
