Having been to this hotel twice once in winter once in the summer I can highly recommend it in particular the roof terrace where breakfast is served and bar is open at night giving great views of the mosques
Thanks Mret It was an awesome time and awesome view I had a great dial spicily when I reach with my family and found a better room and he accepted that and change my booking. Mret the receptionist was so cooperative person
Very good location with a good view of Hagia Sophia and blue mosque from the breakfast terrace. Clean room, and ours had a balcony , but very small, with little space for storing clothes. Our balcony door didn't close properly, the air con switched itself to cold most times and the toilet didn't always flush. The breakfast was very disappointing , and the staff not particularly friendly or helpful English language was not spoken in the breakfast area. The reception staff are not friendly. I have stayed in other hotels in Istanbul before where reception couldn't help enough. Not the same here unfortunately. The rooftop terrace bar was not well stocked and we had to wait 20 mins for them to go and buy beer, which was served warm. I would not stay here again , I would choose the hotels I have stayed at previously. A good location but too many other negatives.
Great Location... and great views from both the balcony rooms and the terrace Bar Restaurant... but reception staff unhelpful and not.too friendly.. didn't even look up on entering hotel each time.. Bad smell coming from bathroom in the balcony room 602.. when notifying reception, we were told it was because it was windy..😂😂. breakfast was poor, bar was badly stocked and what they did have was warm.. however the wine was good. Cleanlines Excellent... can't fault the location .. views and cleanliness though.
It was the best hotel for my wife and I. The hotel's staff is super nice and very professional. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking to Blue Mosque, 7 minutes to Hagia Sophia and 10 minutes to Topkapi Palace and Bisilca Cistern. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
we checked in at 6:30 pm as we missed our ferry from bursa , the procedure was very quick & easy n in no time we were in our room, a clean n a cosy hotel , but the only drawback was the room was unexpectedly small, even though other rooms were empty but still we got a very small room which had no view from the window ( r .no306) , so always request for a room with a view of the blue mosque and a top floor room, overall the staff was very kind & hospitable , specially the gentelman at the reception a very nice person may ALLAH bless him always gave the rite tips which saved a lot of time & lot of turkish liras while travelling, view from dining hall was superb & breakfast was also gd as they served fruits, honey, eggs, haselnut spread, overall a great stay just rooms too small . thats y 3 stars . *peace*
Clean comfortable hotel with great staff and so convenient for all the sites in Sultanahmet and the tram line. Staff speak excellent English and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is very conveniently situated, 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia. Rooms were a decent size with a solid in room wifi connection! Best thing about the hotel was he manager Sinan! Who was very helpful on our arrival, guiding us with a map and recommending all the amazing things to do around Istanbul! For the price they charge, I cannot fault a single thing! 10/10.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. Sinan the receptionist is probably one of the best hosts I have ever had. We got a free upgrade straight away. His knowledge of the city and the places to visit and eat was perfect. The rooms were nice and well maintained and the showers in the bathroom were awesome as well. One of the best rooftop cafes in Istanbul with some amazing views day and night of the blue mosque and hagia Sofia. The breakfast was decent, with some good selections but one thing I would recommend is ice for the fruit as it gets wayyyy too warm. All in all, amazing place to stay and When I go back to Istanbul I'll be staying here again.
Very nice hotel with excellent location, - right in the heart of the city, best view from the terrace, friendly and helpful staff, close to tram and metro. If I am in Istanbul again, I will definitely stay there.
