Miserable Experience!

Long story short .. It toke us 2 hours to check-in because they couldn't find our name in their system. We had to make a new reservation and pay again with credit card for the same room. Next morning, they informed us that they found our name for the initial reservation. We staid there one night and we moved to a different hotel but we're still waiting for a refund from a double booking.

The place is awful. The photos you see in the web are not true. It feels abandoned, there is not one detail to make you feel comfortable. The guy that received us didnt speak english at all. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. We decided to lose our money, and went to another hotel. It was a terrible experience.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war 1A, genauso wie die Aussicht die man vom Fenster aus hatte. Das Personal und der Inhaber waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nicht fehlte. Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch, zum Glück hatte ich eine Begleitung die türkisch stämmig ist dabei. Insegesamt jedoch eine top Unterkunft. L
