Bad experience.

The worst internet ever. AC is not working, although 2 ACs in the app. Have to ask reception for the key everytime you go back. The buildning is in bad condition. Very noisy.

Never stay in this hotel

I arrived 8:30pm check me in at 11:00pm. I walked in; the small lobby of the hotel was full of bags and customers. The hotel manager was in a dispute with a customer and his wife. The manger was saying that he doesn’t have a room in this building, he pushing them to go to another hotel but the customer didn’t wanted. After 20 minutes argument he give them a room. Then the manager started the same thing with another customer and he sent the customer to another hotel and continues. Finally, my turn. He said, you booked a regular room and we have standard room. I said, whatever you have, give me a room because I’m very tired. He replied that I have to pay extra. I said, okay, then he said, I don't have room here I will send you to another hotel. Actually I didn’t want, but I had to. There was another employees I walked with to another hotel but the manager refuse, he took me to four different hotel everyone refuse, finally they took me to a room in house. There was construction was going in that house. The room was newly remodeled floor was covered with dust and paint, AC was not working, no Wi-Fi. I went back to the hotel manager and asked for a better room. He refused; I had no choice and stayed in that room. I checked out tomorrow but they didn’t refund for the rest of my days.

I stayed for 6 nights, the location was close for people who intend ti walk to the blue mosque and the surrounding touristic places. But the hotel is not as it shown in the photos. The staff is warm but they're not much helpful, for example the television wasn't working and I told them many times but they didn't respond. But overall it's good for its price.

The stay at the hotel ruined my holiday I traveled with my husband and 3 children.I had paid extra for the room I booked to make sure we all had beds to sleep in.when we got to the hotel the staff on the desk were nice,how ever when I got to the room and realized it was not the one i had paid for,I went back to reception to ask them to change my room for the one I had booked,management would not acknowledge there mistake and became very rude.I called expedia and they did try to resolve the problem however the hotel was not being very co operative.over all,me and my husband ended up sleeping in uncomfortable sofa beds,being bittenen by bugs,not getting any sleep, because the windows did not close properly so we could here what was going on in the streets.Because we got no rest in the hotel and constantly having to ask for every little things to be done again and again,we were not able to enjoy our holiday,the children were always tried and we were counting my days down to go back home.If you want to waste your money and ruin your holiday this is definitely the hotel to pick.TIP;when you have booked your room make sure you print out,not just the reservation but also the picture of the room you have booked,so you have some proof of what you have paid for and what you are suppose to get when you get there.

Totally clean, well organised and convinient standard room but the size of room was quite small and it wasn't designed for two people. However, it did have a gigantic double sized bed.

Disappointing!!

Upon arrival i was very angry to discover we would be transferred to their lower class sister hotel that resembled a hostel due to a problem with the room and as were booked for 2 nights the room would only be vacant the next day. The next morn they said they'd move our luggage to original hotel and upgraded us to sea view, however upon arrival half our luggage was missing, they'd forgot to bring all the bags. Complete waste of time., they didn't even apologise we had to wait for them to bring it plus paid for higher class and were put up in hostel first night, very bad service, do not stay here!!!

Good location but run down.

My room was quite run down. 1 TV didn't work and the other could only get 1 channel. Drapes were broken and not covering window adequately. Room supposedly accommodated 6 but way to small for 6. Single key card had room number on it so do not lose it. Best thing about hotel is the location.

Staff were very pleasant, but desk staff did not always follow through without a reminder. Front of hotel doesn't look great, but the room was good with a lovely view of the water. Good array of food for breakfast and staff helpful.
