It is a nice Hotel. Very close to various transportations. My room was small but clean. It was a bit difficult to use the toilet as it was very close to the shower cabin with vert little space in between. Staff was helpful. However i found it very noisy. It is a very popular area and I was kind of ok with the noise coming from outside. But, the noises from other rooms were bit disturbing.

Asian side Istanbul

Very convenient as it is 2 blocks from the busses and ferries plus havist bus to ist airport is right there as well. Newly renovated rooms only thing is mattresses are hard not soft on the back.

Very Good Hotel

Very good hotel. The location is perfect in Kadikoy area. It is central to everything. The price was really reasonable I hope they'll keep it in the same range. Everything seems new or renovated. I hope it'll keep the same. Staff is so supportive, friendly & smiling. The reception is so helpful & one of them speaks fluent English which is a treasure in Istanbul. I really recommend this hotel & I'll chose no any other whenever I'm around.

304号室、ダブルベッドといいつつシングルベッドを２つつなげたものであった。それは特に問題ないが、窓側のベッドが傾いていて寝心地が悪く深く眠れなかった。 翌朝スタッフAに伝えたところ、別の部屋（2階のエレベーターのない部屋）に変更してくれたが、同日夕刻に部屋に入ろうとしたところ朝対応したスタッフAはそのことを覚えておらず、マネジャらしきスタッフBに電話してやっとキーをもらった。そのときも面倒くさそうで気分を害した。3泊目も2階の同じ部屋であったが、今度はキーが使用できず結局スタッフBにカードキー設定をし直してもらった。スタッフAの操作ミスと思われる。 マネジャらしきスタッフBの素敵な笑顔と、非常に心づかいができるスタッフCのおかげで心地よい時間もあったが、スタッフAの対応で非常にこのホテルに対する印象が悪い。立地もよく、街歩きに最高だが、一人のスタッフのせいで非常にもったいない。
