Wonderful!

Condo just as described. Very clean and even SMELLED clean the moment we opened the door! Nice touch to have a few cold water bottles in the fridge when we arrived! Property manager left us a very personal welcome message regarding our National Champion Baseball Vols that had just happened on Monday! Less crowded area of the beach. Overall, great long weekend stay!

Charming get away

We had a wonderful stay on Isle of Palms. Capt Jacks had all the needs of home in a super close walk to the beach. Even the chairs and umbrellas were reserved for us on the beach. Michael and management team were wonderful and communicated every needed step along the way to our stay. They provided a large amount of things to do and see and eat. We will be back!!!

Amazing Stay!

We woke up to the sound of waves breaking and could sit on our porch and watch the ocean. The space is perfect for a couple and we could not have asked for a better stay. Communication from Michael was excellent and made us feel like we were wanted at the property. We loved every second of it.

May in Wild Dunes

Is always special. The confederate jasmine makes breathing feel heavenly. There’s not too many things better than a vacation there. Great food. Great golf. The only reason I’m not living it a 5 star review is the carpet needs some updating or at least a good shampoo. The managing company is awesome!

Great condo on the Beach!

Excellent condo and location

Convenience to the beach and the screened in porch absolutely fantastic! The condo has everything you need and furniture was very comfortable. Small kitchen but you aren’t staying here with a ton of people so not a big deal. Loved it!

Pavillon Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Having access to the Pavillon pool and bar so easily was special. Listening to the live music from your private patio and watching the waves roll in was great. The beds were comfy and we found the property to be very clean. Highly recommend. All the TVs worked without any issues as well.

Comfortable accommodations in a perfect location

This rental was perfect for an extended vacation getaway. It was located on a beautiful property with ocean view/beach access and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen worked well for home prepared meals (as described) and there were great restaurants on the island for take-out or dine in. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

Our trip was wonderful. We were a little concerned with COVID but this unit it towards the back of the Wild Dunes which gave us plenty of space to move around and social distance. Plenty of oppositions close for carry out. One of the most relaxing vacations I have had in a long time!!!!!

We booked spur of the moment and had a great time. First time to IOP! The condo was perfect and the view was nice. The management company was very thorough and friendly. We loved the beachgear credit and used the bikes and chairs/umbrella every day!

Love Wild Dunes, not thrilled with insurance policy

The property was fine. Could use better outdoor furniture and a new bed spread would go a long way. Other then that and the fact we were forced to evacuate it was great. I'm very disappointed in the way the trip insurance is handled. I indicated I needed the trip insurance, thought we had trip insurance but saw too late that it was declined . I came back from my trip looking through multiple emails only to find an email in my spam folder that said I needed to do something to confirm the trip insurance. This wasn't pointed out to me or my husband when we opted in for the insurance so I was very disappointed. We flew in from Denver, Co so not an easy home. This trip was to celebrate the end of my Breast Cancer ordeal only to have yet another ordeal to deal with. Will probably not stay at this location again.

Great Rental - Will Rent Again!

This is a clean, updated condo with a very comfortable king bed. We’ve stayed in other units throughout the years and this one is one of the best! Overall, our experience in Port O’Call is wonderful! A quiet place right on the beach, well run and clean! You’ll love making memories here!

Beautiful view, but some issues

Located within the Wild Dunes Resort this unit was a beautifully decorated condo at the Port of Call property. It was spacious, but the builders made poor use of space in that there was a large, useless entry area. In the tiny kitchen you could not open the fridge and the dishwasher at the same time, 2 people could not even be in the area at the same time and there was no place to put your groceries except on the counter or in the fridge. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. We were also visited by palmetto bugs, which I reported to the rental company. The reponse was that they would contact an exterminator if we saw more of them. After the 1st 2 nights we saw no more and said no more about it, but it was an unwelcome surprise to say the least. I inspected all of the condo. I saw no dirt, hair, crumbs or evidence of previous guests and I am pretty picky, but this is the South, a beach community, so... the beach was lovely and we enjoyed Charleston and I.O.P.
