Welcome to your classic coastal getaway! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers 1,457 sq ft of comfort, including a bright sunroom just off the living room featuring a cozy twin daybed — perfect for relaxing with a book or accommodating extra guests.
Enjoy serene lagoon views with ducks, turtles, and cranes right in your backyard, plus a fire pit for memorable evenings outdoors. Located in the private neighborhood of Beachside, you'll love the peaceful setting with no public beach access or parking, yet still enjoy walking access to the shore. As well as just a short stroll to local stores and restaurants.
Inside, the home boasts hardwood floors, covered parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Stay connected with wireless internet and stream your favorite content on smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. While there is no dedicated cable service there is a Roku for plenty of free streaming content or login to your favorite streaming apps.
As part of the community, you’ll also have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a pickleball court — perfect for staying active and having fun.

The property was close to the beach and grocery stores. It felt safe and was in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of dishes and utensils. The house shows some wear but was very comfortable for my family.

The location was amazing, but the house definitely needs to be updated. It was cleaned just fine but things are falling apart a bit, not to mention the black mold on the HVAC vents in the kitchen definitely need to be taken care of. If you're getting this place because you want to spend time in the house itself, I would pause on that, but if you want it for the location, then absolutely grab this place, it was a 4 minute walk to the beach that you can do without ever leaving the community, access to the community pool, and places to eat literally right there in walking distance.

Nice layout
Really nice layout and clean. After hours lockbox was a dilapidated mess and would not work so we had to contact property manager who gave us a code. I would have preferred to get the code via email or text beforehand and not wasted this time. When we got to the rental, the code would not work. We had to call PM again. Finally after many attempts jiggling and twisting the deadbolt, we were able to get in. The heat was running at 75 degrees. We had to open all the windows most of the night to get the temp down. Then on the next morning while having brunch, the property manager texted and said I had to come back to the realty office to get the packet and sign. This should have been emailed for electronic signing and not wasted more vacation time especially since it was not our fault we couldn’t do that on our arrival day since the lockbox wouldn’t open. The rental is in desperate need of paint and new, better mattresses. There should definitely be a better lockbox situation and new door lock along with digital door code delivery with contract. Other than that chaos after an 11 hour drive while tired, hungry, and hot, and having to go to the office a second time, we enjoyed our weekend. Also, someone’s packet with all of their information was in the box next to ours and was wide open and unlocked. I wouldn’t have wanted my information available to anyone who walked into the office.

Great Location
PROS: The best thing about this property is its proximity to a very nice beach access and the pool. There is ample comfortable seating in the living room, a large dining table, the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. There were plenty of glasses, plates and bowls.
CONS: The property is in need of some TLC. It is very tired and dated. There were no steak knives or corkscrew; limited cutlery, coffee cups and pans. There was a broom, but no dust pan. It would be nice if they provided a patio table on the large front deck.
It was supposed to have a blender but didn't. However, when I reached out to the property manager, someone brought one right over.
We had a great stay at the beach.
