Hosts were welcoming. Issues with master bathroom shower that the company took care of and gave us a credit. That was very acceptable. I would say that some of the amenities were just OK but on all it was a good place to stay for the price.

Seascapes was a penthouse ocean view villa! We had a grand time… 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us! The patio was relaxing with an incredible view of the ocean. Great communication with Carrol Realty. They were helpful with our late checkout. Be prepared to clean up the condo before leaving (condo rules). Little amenities would have been appreciated. Games and books were salable. A great retreat!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! So nice! Clean! Beautifully decorated! Perfect view. Rooms were huge. Everyone we met were so nice and friendly. Had zero issues the entire stay! Cant wait to come back and stay longer!

We spent a week at this beautiful property at Wild Dunes. Condo was very well equipped with the comforts of home and located in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

Great little area in isle of palms, beach was great during low tide…kinda tight on high tide but very private and awesome condo!! Balcony was great. Food choices were close by and all inside a gated community.

great location

We loved our stay in Wild Dunes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view is great, loved having the table outside for patio dining. Kids loved the pool in addition to the beach, getting to both is so close and easy. Loved this quiet end of the beach. It never felt crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious accommodations in a great location

The property was as described, short walk to the beach, and the pool right out the backdoor. The kids loved everything and it is also close to Huey’s for a bite to eat. The only suggestion is the maid service should vacuum under the couches. We dropped something and had to go under the couch, and it clearly does not get cleaned.

Loved our vacation!

Condo was more than we expected! Beautiful and clean. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, games, books! Kitchen better equipped than anywhere we have stayed. Didnt realize 3rd Bedroom was an open loft with no privacy. Were aware of renovations and pool closure but didnt expect the extent. Our balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding and no access to pool loungers. Lounger cushions were on the balcony but no loungers. Parking was limited as well. Checkout process was easy!

The unit was okay, but the description and the photos are a bit deceiving. The unit is a two-bedroom unit with a loft that overlooks the living room that has two beds. It is NOT a three-bedroom unit. The balcony photos make the balcony look a lot larger than it really is. On top of that, a realtor knocked on the door in the middle of the week to show the unit to a potential buyer telling me that it is for sale and the owner told her to just go in. We had no notice. For the weekly price of this unit, there are better options on the island.

Dissatisfied with our Stay

Value not delivered for our $6K investment for 7-nights. The unit was outdated showing wear and tear from the rusted outdoor table with extremely limited/mismatched glassware, etc. We even struggled to find basic necessities -- even a pen and pad of paper (as it was not there.) The building is under construction with no use of pool restrooms and the pool itself was full of sand, one broken umbrella not even on a stand, etc. As well, the unit is full of a types of warning signs and requirements, etc. lacking a customer-friendly experience. On the plus side the realty associates were a helpful as possible in such an unfavorable situation. Unfortunately I would not recommend this rental -- from the listing we anticipated a great vacation spot and wer e sadly disappointed.
