A nice ocean front view, room for us to read out on a small balcony, easy path to the beach and close enough to the town restaurants and bars to walk for dinner. Island Realty couldn't have been nicer and got several helping hands from Sarah there.

Nice location, fairly clean, well equipped. BUT, it needs a lot of TLC. You have to lunge against the front door to get it open, a lot of places looked like they are rotten, (especially in the closets), the biggest thing was the smell, the musty smell was strong.

The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.
