Amazing location and great accommodations for large groups looking to share space. Communication was excellent and the management team quickly helped address any small issues we may have had. They also provided great recommendations ahead of our trip which helped us plan. We would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and well appointed. Michael, Erika and the crew were fantastic. They had beach towels for us to use and beach chairs set up for us everymorning. The kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend this house or any other managed by Low Country Vacation Properties.

A Marvelous Home

A beautiful oceanfront home that is in wonderful condition and has all of the amenities necessary for a great vacation with a group of golfing friends. While close to restaurants, we preferred to grill and spend more time living together.

Nice property well taken care & the few issues we had were fixed right away. Would definitely recommend for a large family reunion like we had. Beautiful beach, nice large pool & plenty to do in close by Charleston

Great Stay

Very nice house. Clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for large parties. Michael went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again! My only complaint is the elevator needs to be replaced.

This house and our trip was 100% amazing! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect house to spend a week with our entire family. The house was plenty big enough for all 20 of us and was just beautiful! Everything we could have wanted in a vacation.

The property is in a great location and is a great space for a large group of people. Michael was readily available to assist with a few issues that came up during our stay. The house is in need of a deep cleaning and has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The pool area was ideal for a lot of guests and the private beach access worked out perfectly. My family enjoyed our reunion at IOP

Awesome Vacation Rental

Our family had a great vacation! The house was everything it was described to be. We would highly recommend it to large families or groups. It accommodated 12 adults and 8 kids very well. The kitchen was well equipped.

College Reunion

17 people loved the rental property. Rooms were spacious. Outdoor seating was plentiful. Close to local amenities a d downtown Charleston was easy access.

Great house! Great family vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this house! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the convenience of the professional grade ice maker, and the four refrigerators. Beach access was great, and there was plenty of space in the great room, and on the deck. Everyone in the family agreed that this house was one we would be happy to stay in again!

Beautiful home! 10 couples had a wonderful week. No crowding, beautiful location, convenient for a couple trips to Charleston for lunch. Cooked dinners every night with plenty of cookware. Wonderful memories for years to come!

Great for large groups. Very well appointed and the location was unbelievable. The elevator was a big plus with a 90-year-old in the house. The kitchen worked extremely well and the Beachside people are very responsive. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge plus and easily accommodated our large group. Loved the pool and being able to heat it was great

Great rental house!!!!

Not quite as pristine as I expected (read that it had been recently renovated), but, that wasn't a problem. The house was clean, large, plenty of living space, and that pool!!! Just hope our pool volleyball didn't disturb the neighbors. Beach view and access was incredible. We will be back!!

This property is amazing!!! Everything you can need, want, and more. The layout is beautiful, with spacious room for everyone to wander and hang out together, or alone. We love the openness of the kitchen and living area, The beach is just so awesome, not too busy, and the sunsets at night from the balcony ( don’t miss it)….

Fantastic spot for corporate offsite!

We loved 706 Ocean Blvd! Beautiful home, matched the online photos and descriptions very well. Marcia in the office was a huge help to us. She went above and beyond by collecting packages for us and staying in the office long enough for us to pick up keys and boxes in person right around close on Tuesday evening. The fact that you guys were so reliable really helped our offsite run smoothly. We want to come back next year!

Fantastic with lots of room to spread out!!

This property was BEYOND fabulous and certainly exceeded our wildest expectations!! We rented this property for a 40th reunion of sorority sisters so you can imagine 25 high maintenance ladies descending on the house. We ALL were immensely impressed with the property and amenities in the house. We would and will tell all of our friends and family what a lovely experience it was. Thank you so much!!

Birthday weekend

It was a great house - needs to have a maintenance review done and a investment of operating capital. Umbrellas are broken, one pint size barbecue for entire property, problems with toilets. We loved it and it was perfect for our group but the property needs some maintenance.
