Your luxury vacation awaits at this remarkable Isle of Palms beach estate. Composed of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, endless outdoor space, and a stunning backyard oasis with pool. With elegantly-designed interiors and unending amenities, this sort of extravagance is a rarity here on the island so close to the sea - just three homes back from the beach access.
Starting on the lowest of two floors, let's explore the first four bedrooms. Beginning to the hallway on the left of the front door, the first room includes two queen beds and en-suite with double vanity. Next to that is the expansive king master suite, complete with a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in closet. The third bedroom houses two twin beds and en-suite bath, and the fourth room includes another king suite with en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, and desk space for those of the group who may need to get a little work done in between beach sessions. The first floor also features a media room with sectional couch and 65-inch TV, with a wet bar as well. This space leads out to the first floor patio and the backyard area (and the pool, of course!).
The sprawling living and kitchen area can be found on the second level. The ten-foot sectional couch leaves ample room for spending time together admiring the flood of natural light, beautiful view of the backyard sanctuary, and fine finishes and custom touches that make the space really something extraordinary. Beautiful custom built-in cabinetry and a 70-inch TV adorn the walls. In the kitchen you'll find commercial grade appliances, such as a Wolf gas stove and Sub Zero oversized refrigerator. The additional beverage refrigerator and ice maker offer even more convenience for the entire group. A large dining table is located in between the kitchen and great room for those wonderful family-style dinners. The large glass doors lead out onto the second-floor balcony with even more seating to enjoy the surroundings. This level offers three additional bedrooms, one with a twin-over-full bunk bed with easy access to the hall bathroom, and the last two are king suites with en-suite bathrooms. For added convenience, there is an elevator in the home.
Now onto the headline feature of this beautiful estate, the sprawling backyard oasis. With lush, tropical landscaping surrounding the space you'll find that it is exceedingly private. The massive in-ground pool area includes the pool itself, two tanning ledges, a spa, plenty of lounge seating, and the stunning cabana. The cabana houses a large outdoor dining table, ping pong table, 55-inch mounted TV, and includes Bluetooth capabilities!

Perfect getaway
We had six college friends in for a long weekend and the space couldn’t have been better. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom, made extensive use of the kitchen and grill and multiple fridges, and spent most of our time out in the beautiful backyard on the loungers or under the cabana space. The house was close to great restaurants on IoP and we also took short Ubers into Charleston a few times. Instructions were clear, communication was fast and we couldn’t have been more impressed.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Easy check in and communicative manager. Walk to the beach was just 5 minutes. One note is to recommend staying indoors due to strict noise ordinances after 10pm. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Beautiful home in IOP!
We had a wonderful time at this home in IOP. The outdoor space was outstanding—kids and adults all loved the pool and sitting area! It was perfect for our four family gathering for Labor Day weekend. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everyone slept well and had so much fun during the day playing at the pool and with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen and dining areas also were ideal for making meals at home. We would love to come back!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for large family. The pool and spa were a great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was so functional. The only issue we had was the internet was out in the rooms and cabana all week. I called the rental company and no one responded to the issue.

3 families with 5 kids 8 thru 15. Plenty of space to spread out. Great outdoor spaces. Kids become fish in the pool. Hard to get them out. Very private back yard in pool area. Easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms with private bathrooms. Wonderful areas to relax and enjoy the warm evenings.

IOP Family Annual trip
House was beautiful, roomy, and well organized. Lots of space for our family of 12. Pool area was perfect for lots of family fun. Kitchen was well stocked except for a few items. Really do need a colander and a beverage pitcher. Media room was loved by the young folks. Golf cart made getting around the town and beach much easier. Great stay, we love the Isle of Palm and we will hopefully be back!

Amazing house, location and amenities!
The house was incredibly spacious and clean! Amazing backyard with pool and hot tub. Very short walk to the beach (just across the street.) grocery store, bars/restaurants and coffee shops just 1 mile away. Property manager was very helpful during stay. We added the golf cart to our visit but had issues on the first day and it the cart was replaced the next morning. Would love to return to this property!
