It was as described on the site. Host was always in communication making sure we found everything to iur liking. Our only disappointment was it was not closer to the beach but not so far either. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again if we come back.

This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everything we needed was there! Lots of towels, extra sheets, even shampoo and conditioner with lots of soap! We felt very safe and the parking was easily accessible. The place is very spacious and it was immaculate! So clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and the air was fresh and worked great! The showers were huge! The location was quiet, safe, and peaceful. We felt so at home here and look forward to staying again soon.

The property owners were very on point. If I called for anything they would respond and not let it go to voicemail like some other people do. They were very hospitable. The house did not lack amenities. I will definitely stay here again if it's available when I come back. Thank you Evelyn for all your help and for being so sweet

Good location, not so comfortable bed or furniture

The home location ID good, close to beach, town, and main hwy. The home has a nice spacious kitchen and master room w walking closet, but beds were not very comfortable and sitting in the living room needs updating. The house can use some cozier decor and furnishings. No closet or armoire in the other rooms.

Frank was a great host, he responded quickly and the house was spotless when we got there. It was in the perfect location for us, there are a couple of beaches only 8 minutes away. Also, there is a bakery about 3 minutes from the house called Isabela bakery you must try, they have the best pastries.

The property is excellent and more the price. The price is given by the page and there are no surprises. I thanks Haydee who kindly answered us and when we called her she always returned the call in a reasonable time. His house is beautiful and large as it appears in the photos, the description is accurate and the kitchen is a dream. The property has 2 parking spaces in front and next to it for 5 more cars and even on the street you can park 4 more cars when they are mega large groups. The area is safe and the urbanization is private and only passes local traffic. The property is well fumigated and there are fumigation receipts, that gives us a lot of security. We will be back next year and will be longer. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your property.

Big place clean not the best location.

The house is great it was clean. There were bugs. Several spiders aparently common in the area. Comunication with owners is very dificult. After our stay they reported a no show to hotels . Com and my reward nights were removed. I sent hotels . Com proof of payment and it was fixed but it took so long for them to confirm with owner.

No es casa lujosa

In the picture show a big house and is not true...is just one part of the house. (no es lujosa) is clean, good location and everithing work in the house. The person tell me 3 days for send back my the deposit and is the day number 4 and i dont have my money back....and for 8 peoples...just 2 parkings in the front of the house...

Be aware!

Accomodations were very good comparing for what you can get for the same price in the area. My only issue was with the charges and deposit fees' reimbursement proccess. They charge cleaning fees (not included in price), a 4% credit card fee which I believe should be owner's responsibility and part of doing business and the deposit fee of $50.00. I was told it was going to be returned after 48hrs and it wasn't. I contacted the owner of the property and offered alternatives for the return and when I told him I wanted it back through paypal he discounted whatever he was charged for sending the money when it was suppose to be returned through my bank. I spent close to $10 more in fees. With that being said just be aware of the situation. I hope this review will help making your decision a little easier.
