We got a beach front cottage and the view was beautiful. Check in was smooth. Bathroom was very small and wasn't sparkly clean. We had to wipe with Lysol wipes. The advantage of having a full kitchen was convenient and we prepared our own food. BBQ grills were available too. Beach was awesome. No housekeeping service unless you actually go to front desk and request it. You had to request towel change also. We would visit again.

Again very happy with the location and accommodations... if you like a more rustic approach to traveling, this is your place. We booked a first floor (21B) wooden little duplex house with 1B, kitchenette and 2 double beds... very nice and convenient! We fell asleep and rose hearing the waves crushing on the beach. Lovely! The photos are the view from 21B.

Villas del Mar Hau is a nice place to enjoy the ocean breeze and the Puerto Rican sun. The views are spectacular and the "casitas", the small houses along the beach, are comfortably equipped with a full kitchen for those who like to cook. Guests can also enjoy the pool, tennis, and volleyball courts. The on-site restaurant is also available until 8: oo PM and the prices are affordable. What are the cons? If you have visitors, there's a fee of 20.00 per day per person. This includes children. Don't expect housekeeping to come and clean every day. I spent 2 nights and no one showed up so I had to sweep to keep the sand from the floors. Lastly, the manager can have his days of poor human relations skills. I would like to think it's stress related. Don't take it personally. Overall, it's a good place to relax and spent some quiet time by yourself or with family and friends.

ROOM 23, FEB 15-18, 2019. Air conditioner not working, they tried fixing it but not it didn't work. The rooms are VERY dirty, Sheets had dirt spots. The maid did not go once the entire long weekend. Tried to get at least a discount because of the faulty air conditions and because we could not stay at one of the rooms and the owner didn't care and didn't give us one. GREAT locations BAD Dirty ROOM, BATHROOM and crapy ownership

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights during Saint Valentine's day. Lourdes and Elizabeth were great at the front desk. Very nice people. Also Lourdes in charge of the restaurant and activities is a very jolly character. She was in charge of the Valentine's activity. A buffet, music with a great singer. The food was great, greek rice, "manposteao" rice, skirt steak, chicken in white wine and cream, flounder fish. It also included a green salad and pasta salad. Dessert was vanilla custard or carrot cake with a soda and water. They also had a good happy hour in drinks. We had a great time. I also have to mention Jasmin, Alba and Gaby they were excellent waiters... This was like the 5th time we stayed here and always have a great time. The view and the beaches are wonderful.

This was a great place to stay nice and quite about 100 feet from ocean had a porch with a great view of ocean..I would go here again they claimed they had a restaurant but it had very small selection never ate there because we could not find much if any breakfast food but there were several food places in the area we great food..

Lovely setting, gorgeous protected beach with safe swimming. Lovely view off our balcony but we opted for the beach. Grounds well taken care of. Hurricane damage evident and rebuilding was ongoing. Room itself was just adequate not spectacular, with full kitchen. Restaurant had limited offerings. I'd say it was the nicest place and best value during our two week trip.

We have stayed here three times in the past and is a favorite. Beachfront bungalows some with full kitchens. Many families come for the week and cook in the unit or use the outdoor grills. We had a huge room with two double beds, dorm fridge, coffeemaker and toaster, microwave and dishes. Do not expect daily maid service, this is not that kind of place. Bathroom small with nice hot shower. We did not run the A/C at all and slept with ocean breezes and the music of the waves hitting the beach twenty feet away. Great mattress. There is a natural swimming area which is calm and shallow, a new boardwalk going west all the way to the point, and the swimming pool and area is spotless. Also a basketball court for the kids. They did lose two units to Hurricane Maria but repaired the rest. A small restaurant on premises serves good food and many eating places to the west on the beach road toward Aguadilla. A place to truly unwind.

This parador-type hotel is located right along the beach about 5 minutes from downtown Isabella in north-western Puerto Rico. Besides some multi-story hotel facilities, it has a number of cottages along the beach. My wife and I shared one of these cottages with her sister and her husband. The two bedrooms, with air-co, are separated by a common bath. There is an entry hall with kitchen facility, plus a veranda with a view of the tropical beach. The place is rustic, but clean and very quiet. A restaurant is within the property in walking distance. This would also be an ideal place for a beach vacation with children. We were very pleased with the facility, the location, the staff and the price, and recommend it highly.

Nice view, safe place and great time with friends. Very close to a beach area for kids or babies. The room was clean and charming. The villa comes with a kitchenette. There are some bbq area between the villas.
