We stayed for 6 nights but our room was only serviced twice. I had asked the front desk if cleaning was every other day and was told yes only to find out later when two days passed without the room being cleaned that rooms are supposed to be cleaned every day. When I complained the staff was very apologetic and accommodating but it was still disappointing to find that our room was overlooked for cleaning 4 out of the 6 nights we were there.

This hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and the shuttle bus helped us tremendously! It was so easy and convenient! We will definitely be staying here again!

The property itself is nice and clean. Conveniently located in the Spectrum. Check in was pleasant but when I informed the staff that the parking arm was just lifted, they proceeded to continue to charge for parking rather than provide it gratis for non-working security. The reason they have is because I told them I had a car so they would have to charge me for parking. Had I not mentioned it, they would not have asked nor charged. So your charge customers for being upfront and honest and incentivize others to lie. It’s just bad customer service. I was also not informed that there would be no housekeeping services for your stay unless your asked for it. It was such a short stay and I didn’t bother but the information should have been provided upfront.

They charge 25.00 for parking. i booked this on Orbitz no mention of charge. On the Hilton web site it does say they charge for parking. On Orbitz site it does say there are other charges but no mention of parking. Other people were complaining also.

Great place to stay, if interested in shopping and dining down road at Irvine Spectrum.

Excellent price and location.

It was a very lovely building. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean. More snacks needed in the mini store, maybe vending machines on each floor.

Parking lots are not free. Im very dissatisfied i have to paid 22 dollars.

Thank you for your review Cynthia. The reason why our parking gates were up was because we were doing some maintenance work. We understand that it can be frustrating to pay for parking but it is a charge that is part of our hotel. We are sorry you found that to be unfair, and appreciate your comments and honesty. It is on the bottom so I could see how it can be easily missed. I will see what I can do about making those charges more visible to all potential guests.
