Nice hotel, crappy service - $28 for parking
The room was nice and well put together. However, there were few things that would keep me from going back again. First, parking was $28 per night....in Irvine!! They have you hostage and stick it to you. Second, the key cards didn't work the first time. It wasn't just me, I met another guest in the elevator and he had the same issue. Third, the cleaner take up the elevators in the morning and you have to wait forever so you are forced to use the stairs. They line up and there must have been a dozen of them and they do not let the guest join them. This is really unacceptable.

I like staying here because it is a 5 minute walk to the airport and it is usually quiet. I was a little disturbed this time by the door latch not latching easily. The cost for the stay also seemed higher than usual. For getting in after dark and leaving early and not being able to take advantage of the included breakfast, $225 for a night to have a place to sleep is rather ridiculous. But, it is Orange County.

Right off the bat, our check in person Iliana checked us in: she was so helpful & friendly! The parking lot safe & clean, no liter. The lobby well decorated, clean & up to date! The halls leading to the room smelled clean & fresh. The room was clean, up to date, well decorated & so spacious! The bed was perfect not too firm and not too soft. The bathroom clean, spacious, & stocked with everything you need for a shower. The shower pressure was good, but could have been a stronger flow.

This was a great Hampton & Suites. Not all Hampton Suites are the same. The area around the hotel is safe. Plenty of parking x albeit you have to pay. The lobby was clean, fresh, up to date & well decorated. The room & bathroom was large, spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The shower was large and the water pressure was just right.
