Itsva alright place. Safe area. Their morning breakfast was horrible. Due to covid-19 they can't serve normal breakfast. But what they had in replacement was horrible. Did not approve I feel they could of did better. Also to get in and out of the hotel was horrible. Only 2 ways in and 2 ways out. Hard foe when your room is on one side like ours was

The staff was incredibly accommodating. We had 4 children with us, and they were always so kind if we needed anything at all. Went above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay here again! Even when we checked out early (thanks to Covid-19), theh were kind and made the process so easy, to include breaking down our refund and emailing our receipt right away.

I really loved this property but I was not impressed with the housekeeping service. I was there for a whole week and they did not vacuum at all or refill coffee etc in the kitchen.

This hotel was over booking people and did not have the space. We drove from Nashville and arrive to find that this place was full

This hotel is wonderful, homewood suites is by far one of the best chains by Hilton, they have a all-suite residential-style hotels and they sure do make it seem like a second home. The room was great and well planned, I was concern with the tv being in the middle of the room but I was shock to see how well you can turn it to fit to your preference. I was very happy to know how close the hotel is to restaurants, stores and also how easy it was to get to the freeway. The room is modern and clean and also very comfortable. After a long day at Disney is great to have a comfortable bed and sofa to rest up from the a long day, and of course homewood provides that. The breakfast is great with many options and also plenty of sitting. The basketball court and pool is a great add on for those long stay vacations. I also saw they had a few table games but didn't get to it. I was very happy with this hotel and most definitely will return for my weekend Disney trips. Dont let bad reviews about cleanliness and bad service fool you, from the first few seconds of checking in to the last the staff made you feel welcome. Specially the front desk staff. I dont remember her name but she had red hair, whore glasses, tall young lady. She was very professional and she made me feel comfortable. When I got to the room I got a call from the same person asking if everything was fine and of course it was. The phone call showed how well the costumer service is and how much they care for their costumers.

Needed help in finding a church and staff was very helpful. We were visiting a granddaughter at UCI and this location was perfect for our needs.

Nice social hour food and location. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Very quick shuttle response. Comfortable and clean room. Very low pressure in shower.

Beautiful rooms, accommodating staff, meals on site! Shuttle available for shopping, or to and from the airport. My stay was 3 nights and it could not have been better.

When I arrived on a Sunday evening for a business conference next day I was very disappointed no parking had to park way on right side of LOT and lug ALL my luggage across parking lot. No Rolling Carts available. When I walked in guests sitting with coolers of beer right in front of door, groups of guests with boom boxes and beer scattered throughout parking lot. Then upon check in there was no welcome I had to wait as a lady needed detergent. Finally no warm greeting, no guidance regarding breakfast times when or where they were, no guidance on where pool or gym was or any information regarding internet. Then every night kids running up and down the hall until 12 midnight. I had to call front office multiple times every night I stayed. Hotel doesn't care. Only one staff member ever greeted me during my stay and that was when I was entering the elevator. Upon check out they had one last change to make any redeeming quality about my stay. Never even asked me. If you want a loud noisy hotel with kids running down the hall and staff that doesn't care about your experience then stay here.

Dear Teo, Wanted to get back to you regarding your stay with us. First, thanks for staying with us. I actually agree with you regarding the breakfast comment. Right now Homewood Suites as brand is working on a new safer breakfast concept and the choice of bagels, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal is much less than what we used to have. Believe me, we all here at Homewood are counting the days when the new standards are released. Right now, our guests and team members are our top priority and if that means dialing back the breakfast for a few months, thats what we are going to do. It is not an easy choice and hope you understand. I am really sorry you were not satisfied with the entrance and exits at the hotel. It is something I can look into, but I do know we have one of the largest parking lots at any hotel in the area and there is almost always spots available, so I would like to hear more detail as to your concerns so we can maybe address.
