Awful. Smells in the lobby! Charges for parking are out of this world! Smells like old people

Lovely place. The Sunset Bar is particularly a nice place for a drink and some great food.

It was not the hotel it was orbitz that made this experience hard

will probably be better after renovation. location near airport is great but everything else is a car ride away - not super convenient

Unhelpful staff, construction in hallways w no signage so one gets lost trying to find elevator

this place had cockroaches and they won't do your room after you call the front desk when leaving to Disneyland for the day and come back in the night they only offer you clean linens and expect you to do your own bed.

I never had a problem with the hotel but with you Orbitz about how you handled the car rental situation or how you didn't handle it. I also had a problem with Delta airlines too and Orbitz set that up too. I really don't believe I will ever use Orbitz again.

There was a long wait before we could check in. The lounge had worn and frayed sofas. We had three rooms, one was very tired (cracked tile in the bathroom, wall paper peeling, paint job poor, outlets difficult to use, very few hangers, bathroom door (pocket) hard to use,) the sheets on the bed were thin. One room had water issues and when we wanted to change rooms they asked we it was possible to do so the next morning. However the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and even though the hotel is right across the street from the airport, it was very quiet. The best part of was the pool area. Though there again, much of the seating was in poor shape. If you want a budget hotel near the airport, this is a good choice.

The room and the bed was OK actually was nice, The bathroom area I was disappointed, I couldn't close the bathroom door and the bath was so small .

The staff was kind and helpful, however, the rooms are very small and not kept up well. There are barely any amenities, not even a fridge! They have onsite parking but charge $18 a night to park, but there is no other option. For the price this hotel was not as nice as it should be, try to Hampton Inn right behind it for a nicer, cleaner hotel.

My stay was overall very nice. Being right next to the airport, I imagined a hotel that would be the bare minimum and not very cozy but I was wrong. It was very comfortable and welcoming. However, they do not have a complimentary breakfast. I've never stayed in a hotel without complimentary breakfast. I thought that was very strange. I also had to call the front desk on the people staying in the room next to mine. Evidently the walls are VERY thin because I could hear all of their conversations. They partied every night I was there which was really annoying.

I liked the central swimming pool. The AC did not work.

It was a beautiful property. The front desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful!

I interviewed at this hotel 20 years ago and thought it would be a nice place to stay. The superficial layout in the entrance looked nice, but as soon as I went into the building structure I was astonished - on the third floor where my room was there was the smell of mold and the ceiling was leaking in the hall way in more than one place. There were orange rusty stains on a white ceiling. There was a stinky odor, too, and the heater vents had a stinky smell. I closed the vents and opened up the sliding glass doors to get fresh air. I flushed the toilet and it was like a bomb went off. Some kind of pipe pressure issue. But it was the ventilation and mold smell that freaked me out. I felt very uneasy and it took a while to get to sleep. The price I paid for sure was not worth it. Plus, no continental breakfast and parking was $18.00.

Dear Anonymous, As an airport hotel, our parking rates are competitive. In regards to the "smell" in the lobby, our staff has taken every precaution to disinfect/sanitize multiple times per day. We are sorry the smell of the disinfectant is not pleasing to you. Due to Covid we are taking extra care to keep our guests and staff safe.
