The king room we booked looked a lot different in the picture online than the room we staying in. Our room was oddly shaped (perhaps hexagonal) and the decor almost felt like you were staying in an institution of some type because the walls were largely smoothed over concrete with very little decor. One good thing is that the TV was clear and had built-in apps like YouTube and Netflix, so if you wanted to login to your Netflix account, you could. In summary, my wife and I thought it was way over-priced for what it was, but I suspect most places in this area are overpriced compared to less attractive locations. If we knew what the room actually looked like before we arrived, we would never have cancelled our prior reservation at the DoubleTree Hilton down the road (where we actually went for dinner). Another good thing - the room and the facilities were clean and did not smell bad.

Not up to La Quinta standards. Place dirty! Terrible breakfast!

My room was literally 6' from the train tracks, I called the front desk and was told there was nothing to be done, and was offered ear plugs. HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Older property. Was not super clean.

Very unique property with a historical twist! It was once a bean silo so the rooms maintain that historical note.

I have stayed here many times and always in the historic part of the hotel. Nice room with refrig. and micro and TV, coffemaker. Due to covid, no breakfast was served but there is a simple restaurant on the property for food. Not much around to see but close to shopping, Spectrum Center and Trader Joe's and also Great Park for strolling and running.

We checked him for just one night and we’ve always passed this hotel thinking how cool it looks on the outside because it was an old silo. Well, the inside was a little disappointing but it was still cool to see the history that was posted everywhere. The room was clean but dated with very simple amenities like coffee machine, soap and shampoo, but we did have a fridge and microwave which was nice. The staff is super friendly and, of course due to Covid, the pool and everything else is closed. But the location is great and Dennys, Jack in the box, we’re all within walking distance for food. Spectrum is just down an exit on the highway. Overall, it was exactly what we needed in a convenient place.

Place is really dirty. Carpets and stained in the hallways and rooms. Bath tubs always have gross brown stains in them and the furniture is always all scratched-up. Also has very rude housekeeping that love to come into your room whether they are invited or not. I used to stay there because it was cheap. But, decided it wasn't worth it because it was just too gross.

I've stayed at this place at least 5 times. This past weekend was the last. Two visits ago, one of their housekeepers (creepy Pilipino guy who always looks pissed off) knocked on our door and then proceeded to let himself in our room. As he's opening the door I stop him and said we haven't checked out, he doesn't even look at me, he just looks over my shoulder to see what's in my room and then says OK and leaves. I complained and the manager apologized and said she would speak to him, which I believe she did because I saw him walking out of her office later that day when I checked out. Two visits later he did the same thing! But this time I wasn't in the room, it was just my 9 son and 13 year old daughter. Again, he just knocks and quickly proceeds to open the door. My daughter said she didn't even have time to get off the bed before he was opening the door. Thank God my big dog was there for him to quickly see. I again went to the front desk to complain and spoke with Andrea at the front desk who was rude and knows nothing about customer service. She said he probably saw me leaving my room and thought I had checked out. What the hell!? I said "So, you mean to tell me your staff watches people leave their room so they can just pop into rooms any time they want, even though your hotel offers "no" room service right now because of Covid? She said "yes." She didn't care that he just knocks and then opens the door! I'm never going back.

This place is gross. Very dirty. Stained carpeting and chipped paint everywhere. They also have a lady at the front desk named Andrea who is very rude. I also unsafe. I slipped and fell on one of the main entryways which was painted concrete that was super slippery because it was raining. I was very sure for a couple days. They are lucky I didn't get seriously hurt. I told them about it. But, weeks later it's still the same hazard waiting for the next person. My 9 year old son also got some weird bumps on his face after staying two nights there. I would definitely stay away from this place.

easy to find near freeways, close to train station, close to Spectrum center. Close to Kaiser Permanente. Near the Great Park, also close to Trader Joe's. As long as US hotels serve breakfast on paper plates they will not get a high ranking from me; lots of waste. Property has a simple exercise room, some weights, tread mills..
