Sleepless night!

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpets along the corridors were dirty. There were very obvious stains on the bedroom walls. There were no toilet paper. Upon requesting, a 3/4 used toilet paper was given and no extras provided. Air-con was noisy. Have stayed in other cheaper budget hotel with better room conditions.

Bad Experience.

Very bad experience. Booked a Deluxe Room (1 Queen + 1 single bed) but was told aircon having "routine maintenance". So was "upgraded" to a Standard Room (1Queen) with a foldaway bed. When i argued that this is actually a downgrade, was told all rooms full. No offer of refund or anything. Won't be staying here anymore.
