Room was small, window let in natural light but no view. Sliding door to the bathroom took considerable effort to open/close, and when in the open position it completely closed off access to the refrigerator & tea/coffee making facilities. Sliding door into the shower barred access to the toilet when in the open position, an interesting way to save space. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The adjacent BFF Restaurant opens late, so it did not provide a good option for us for breakfast.

We stayed 2 nights in a normal double room. The hotel is very nicely decorated, in a great location and the staff are super friendly. The gym was also a nice touch for us and at the price we payed, we can’t complain. My only mention would be the cleaning services. When we arrived there was previous guest towel still hung up and quite a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The rain shower also needed cleaning.

The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Check-in is quick and easy. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but that’s also a plus because you get to try local restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hanging light is above the bed, which made us feel insecure. Hence, we got to pay to upgrade to deluxe room. Overall, I like the design of the hotel, except for the location of the hanging light.

The hotel is very lovely inside. It’s easy to walk to the old town and there are lots of food places in the old town. I cannot get into a lift due to claustrophobia and the Staff were very accommodating allowing me to take the stairs and ensure I had access.

Noisy and unclean

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallway, including the sound of the lift and water noises in the pipes. The staff were helpful in that they immediately moved us to another room, but there the air conditioning vents from other rooms rattled our windows which completely prevented sleep. On the second night, having complained our room was changed again - while the sound in this room was better, the bathroom was mouldy and had hatched insect casings in it. In general, the beds are uncomfortable and rooms are very small.
