Great location to many restaurants and proximity in town.
Nice staff, very friendly
Cleaning staff very sweet.
Unfortunately no washcloths or hand towels provided.
A/C had issues would shut off for hours at a time, happened on 3 different days that I was there.

Amazing staff in a charming hotel. Rooftop restaurant was delicious. Breakfast restaurant in the lobby was convenient. Complimentary water bottles daily in room. Very central location a few blocks to the main Zocalo square. We will be back

The rooms were really nice and fancy. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were really friendly! Will book again sometime in the future.

I liked everything , from friendly staff to the room it’s like having your own apartment and very cozy comfortable as well we even had a double balcony it was on the 15th floor so everything was quiet and ended up staying an extra night the only down side was the a/c was pure fan on the second night but other than that everything was excellent really enjoy our stay.
