The room was in good condition very clean no problems with that. The problem ahead was I could not get into the Internet after quite a few tries. Also, the remote for the TV did not work. Could only have one channel. I know that I should’ve called the front desk I was too tired to mess with it

The room was clean, except the toilet seat was loose and unsafe to use. The exterior looked scary and not to a 5 star rating. Im 75 and they put me on the second floor with no elevator near by, with very steep steps. The desk clerk was ok but not too helpful about the place like a map, ice machine etc. I wouldn,t go back. Their no Holiday Inn Express

the room was good, only thing is I have been to this location one other time with the new ownership and with quality inn ownership, my only request is that the floor are dusty and when you get in the shower your feet are dirty, so that means the dirt tracks in bed as well. other than that its good. great breakfast
