Friendly people and clean rooms, with microwave oven and fridge! Although asking for 100 dollars of deposit at the counter was unexpected, they refunded me a week later when I phoned them. Breakfast only got carbs and coffee, no proteins vegetables or fruits, so not as ideal, but decent enough for a national park traveler who’s bringing their own foods/eating out.

Light bulbs burned out on lamps, tv only had 1 channel available. Room fridge was so noisy, we had to unplug it in the middle of the night. Had a king size bed, but the pillows were very small- smaller than a twin size. Included free breakfast in the morning. The only choice is cereal or pancakes. Pancake maker wasn’t working. We tried finding some one to help, but no one was manning the room or the front desk. It’s the end of February and lobby still had Christmas decor and garlands that were sagging from the ceiling. Very unkempt.

Jacuzzi was very dirty after a hike in joshua Tree I wanted a nice jacuzzi it was disgusting. Ice machine didn’t work. Paid over 300 dollars for the room. Never going Back giving Bad reviews. Need a refund or something at lest. The people that check out in front of me left early cz it was a cheap lookin.

Room was in good condition. TV did not work after midnight. Front desk young lady was not personable and did not smile. She really acted as if it was out of her way and an inconvenience to handle people at the front desk. I saw her with this type of attitude with the guest ahead of me and she kept it with me. Not a bad attitude, just not an attitude that you would expect from Days Inn.
