Lots of pools, lazy river, kitchen, store...all great

Very nice resort. will stay again. Please Send us any promotions.

Great friendly staff. neat and clean rooms . Pools were clean and I appreciated the accommodations they did to put our family rooms close to by

It was like a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert.

I liked the grounds and the lazy river pool, I did not like that there were no rules enforced as to quiet times, not chasing or feeding ducks, that grills and tables are quiet by 10 not up partying and singing all night, I am not a prude but I do not like rude unsupervised kids.

Year after year, they never disappoint! Clean and family fun!

Nice and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and the amenities were clean and comfortable.

Great experience! We will be back as soon as our schedule and budget allow.

Well appointed suite style rooms. Clean comfortable and strong AC for very hot weather outside in mid July. Cool game room and pools were lots of fun!

Very family friendly resort although they push the time share spiel a little too annoyingly. Also we were a large party of 30 families and we were spread out throughout the huge resort, it would have been better if we could have all been in adjacent buildings. A bit of a biting fly problem and the ducks are adorable but they do make a mess so don't walk around barefoot outdoors

Even with 120 degree weather we still loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool every evening between 6pm to closing. During the day we enjoyed the super cute two bedroom apartment, everything was so new. The kids spent there day in the activities room. They participated in every arts and craft project scheduled. Note, every project costs between $4-$5 per kid, so between that and arcade and ping pong I spent $30 per day. It gets pretty expensive but we are on vacation and it was too hot to do anything else. BBQ grill. This place has an abnormal amount of grills scattered all throughout the property. It would be a nice amenitiy but since every unit has a grill in your patio it doesn't make sense too have that many. Keep in mind that all of these públic grills do not have seating around them so it's not to enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors. There are So many that it was just weird. If the plan is to eliminate the private patio BBQ in the near future then it makes perfect sense. It would significantly cut cleaning time of each unit. Splash pad broken for over a year. Why still advertise it? The misters poolside not working. A/C in activity center was out all week. It was hot in there, movie viewing was cancelled a few times due to how hot it was in there. It wasn't perfect but we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Hotel staff was rigid and unaccomodating. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Great place for the family, stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare all meals there. Room wasn't very clean but everything else was great.

I'll keep it short: this is a timeshare property that rents out available rooms as a hotel. The "rooms" are actually almost apartments, with a full furnished kitchen, lots of space, and even a washer-dryer. Really, nice, you could live there for week or more no problem. The tradeoff is no daily maid service (though I think you can get this for a fee) and no on-site restaurant, other than a tiny convenience store (mostly alcohol but a few frozen entrees and very basic groceries) and a small coffee bar. A little push to sign up for a timeshare presentation, but you can just say no and they politely move on. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool's water was very dirty, the backsplash jets didnt work but the staff kept prmomising to fix it. It seems that the hotel management doesn't really care about keeping people happy with stay. Should and could be better. We enjoyed staying at the resort before.

Both my friend and I made reservations on-line for the Worldmark Indio. We have stayed there before and new it was a Wyndham property. Our confirmations clearly said Worldmark Indio but when we checked in they said we were "Wyndham". It's a long story and didn't end up affecting our stay. It's just that there are actually 2 properties, which you wouldn't even be aware of. The only difference is what buildings are designated "Worldmark" and what buildings are designated "Wyndham". Like I said no one would know the difference. We did because we had requested a certain building which they said was a "Worldmark" and we were "Wyndham" so we couldn't get that building. Everything worked out fine. It's a beautiful property. Heads up.... it is a timeshare property, so they will try and get you to sit through a presentation.
