It was a nice clean hotel. The first room they gave me i go up.to the 3rd floor and the was ppl in it. When i when back down to te she acted like i waz lieing and my thought. I heard all kinds of noise from my nebiors and when i said somethi g nothiing happened
it was good, cleaness, friendly, it was little too warm in room. otherwise it was fine.
Not clean pillow under the cases had stains n the room wasn’t clean the sink was dirty as if it was half clean from the staff
I enjoyed the quality and quiet of this hotel. The location is perfect for nearby malls, expressways, and restaurants. Everything worked well until the last day when I never got a 5:30 that I was promised.

I'l just list everything I found displeasing during my stay. -rooms are extremely small! -no trash can in room -bedding was horrible and obviously cheap -phone was extremely old and out dated -tv was very small -bathroom was very small -no coffee maker -no ice maker in hotel -breakfast was a drawer of packaged muffins -elevator was small and very slow -toilet paper was extremely cheap -not near enough towels or wash cloths -wash cloths and towels were very small and cheap -iron and ironing board were very cheap -I had two adults and two children staying in the room and we were stepping over each other, hotel is far from comforting. you feel as though you've been stuck in a jail cell with the small room and all metal doors.very dissatisfying!
There are no ice machines, no hair dryer, no pool, no housekeeping, should not call it breakfast as it was very limited, no salt and pepper, dish soap,no good channels on TV. It's cheap and if that's what you want, stay there.
THE FAN AND AIR DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. THE MANAGER STATED THAT IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE AND IT WAS TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE TO THE OUTSIDE THERMOSTAT. ALL I WANTED WAS THE FAN TO AT LEAST WORK.. I HAD TO SLEEP WITH BOTH WINDOWS OPEN, BECAUSE MY THERMOSTAT ON MY IPHONE WAS 83 DEGREES. WE ALSO HAD NO HAIRDRYER AND NO ONE WAS WORKING AT THE DESK TO ASK FOR ONE. ALSO, MY SON HAD A HORRIBLE REACTION TO THE WATER. I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY USE BROMIDE TO TREAT THE WATER .... BUT HE IS ALLERGIC TO THAT SUBSTANCE AND BROKE OUT IN HIVES.
