Satisfied Satisfied satisfied there is always room for improvement My overall experience was satisfactory I would improve on your so called contential breakfast And guests shouldn't have to bring there towels to the front desk , Rooms should be cleaned everyday , Also the hotel shouldn't run out of towels or wash cloth
I was checked into an extremely dirty room that had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. Had to call the front desk ten times to talk to someone. Wireless did not work, television remote was broken, as was air conditioning. Absolutely worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The night staff is extremely rude and nasty. There was food and beer left in the refrigerator from previous tenants. No coffee maker available in room. Breakfast is not stale muffins and coffee that they ran out of. The room was extremely over priced for the service received. I will never stay there again or recommend it to others.
Our company uses this hotel extensively and that is unfortunate because no services are offered to us. No linen changes, no daily towel service. You have to walk down to the lobby with your dirty items wait on clean items if available. Elevator is sketchy at best, inoperable for extended periods of time and 3 flights of steps with luggage is not my idea of fun. Rooms and hallways have a distinct unpleasant odor. Bathrooms aren't the most sanitary. At the very least I'm hopeful that they at least have a decent rate for corporations who rent rooms from them every week...
Room was clean and had full kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, stovetop) and I was able to cook meals everyday. Despite other negative reviews online I found this hotel a great value and very clean and safe.
It was convenient and comfortable at a good price. It was Close to The Church of the Living God. Good food was nearby. The people were friendly. They even put some food in the cabinet. We took advantage of the coffee and muffins in the lobby. I enjoyed our stay there. Last year we were at Extended Stay on Waldemar for a whole week. I think the weekly rate was better. This year we only stayed three days. See you for next year's convention.
The. Breakfast was not enough for growing teenagers and there was't a pool to swim in. Our rooms were not cleaned during our stay as well. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The. Hotel was close to the venue.
We arrived and everyone was friendly, easy check in. Our rooms were very clean, and appropriate. We did not have any plastic or otherwise cups to get water to take meds of anything. Our room did not have a hair dryer and had to go down to desk to get one. The next morning, we went down for the breakfast, and they were out of 3 different coffees, and it was packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Ok, over all, just a few things that could have been better.
Got this hotel through Priceline "Name Your Own Price" on June 25, 2017. Woke up around 3 am by itchiness and found bed bug bites on my face and back. Complained to the hotel and Priceline and received full refund. But I would not want to go through the ordeal even someone pays me to. Stay away from this one!
Broken shower, toilet seat and dirty kitchenette. Not sure how this location maintains it's property, but follow upmon repairs seem to be poor. Front desk staff is friendly and strides to accommodate.
