Acres of beautifully landscaped grass area boasts a huge swimming pool, sand volleyball court, concrete paths, and endless lawn. This mid-century modern home has everything you need including well stocked kitchen and beds for 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large patio with 360 degree views of the palm trees, grounds, and surrounding mountains. The attached garage has plenty of room for car, bicycles, and golf clubs. Centrally located 5 minutes from Trader Joes, Albertsons, Ralphs, Stater Brothers, the famous El Paseo restaurants and shopping, and multiple golf courses.

No Cleaning Fee - To help offset additional state, local, and vrbo costs, we have chosen not to charge any fee for cleaning. We pay for whole house cleaning, sterilization, laundry, and preparation out of the published per-night fees that you pay. This helps reduce your payment.
