The safety and well-being of our guests are very important to us. We use CDC guidelines to disinfect the property and get it ready for our guests. All high-touch areas - doorknobs, countertops, light switches, and chair cushions are disinfected. Linens and towels are laundered in-house using hot water, detergent, and bleach. Additionally, we utilize contactless check-in and check-out. Sanitizer is available at the property. We suggest that you wash hands frequently and use social distancing when out and about so we can all work together to knock this virus out.

This property is on a nicely manicured street, lined with tall Palm trees and across from the ocean. It is a clean and welcoming family home in a private community with a sparkling pool and spacious patio that enjoys prevailing ocean breeze. The split floor plan allows you privacy with 3 Bdrm, 2 Bth, and 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a cloud comfy king suite with fine linens and solid wood furnishings. Recently renovation Master bath has an updated walk-in shower, wood cabinets, granite countertop, double sinks, a private toilet, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. The other 2 spacious bedrooms are fully furnished, nicely decorated, and comfortably sleep 4. An additional roll-away bed is available. Both rooms share the other renovated spacious bath with access to the pool. The kitchen is roomy with 42” solid wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, fully equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.. The spacious living room overlooks the pool and comfortably seats 8 with cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The pool deck is furnished with seating and a lounger. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are in the garage for your convenience. Please brush off sand on your return from the beach. Upon arrival, an initial supply of coffee, tea, cream, sugar, paper products, and toiletries is provided. Shopping for additional supplies is just a 5 mins drive north, and 2 mins south of the property. Great restaurants, drugstores, churches, and golf courses are nearby. Port Canaveral Cruise terminal is just 25 mins away, and Disney attractions are 90 mins West. You will love your VACATION HOME!!
