Our charming and well-maintained cabin is nestled in a a peaceful community surrounded by nature, with a tranquil creek flowing just below the deck. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect for families and small groups, our two-story townhome accommodates up to six guests.

The house is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide all the essentials-kitchen basics, bedding, linens, towels, bathroom supplies, and laundry amenities-so you can pack light.

The cabin offers plenty of entertainment for all ages, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a DVD player and movie library, board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360.

Take advantage of the convenience of two reserved parking spaces right outside the front door.

Guests have access to a heated shared swimming pool during the summer season, typically from June through Labor Day.

Beach and pool supplies are also available for your convenience.

DETAILED HOUSE LAYOUT:

BEDROOMS (All Located Upstairs)
• Master Bedroom: a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2: a comfortable queen-size bed.
• Bedroom #3: a twin-over-full bunk bed that offers flexible sleeping arrangements and accommodates both children and adults.

A second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination.

GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer.
The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, well-suited for remote work or studying.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy peaceful year-round creek views from the deck-the perfect place to relax and recharge. Outdoor amenities include a table with chairs and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill (charcoal grills are not permitted).

We’ve thought of the little ones, too!
We provide family-friendly essentials including stair gates, a portable playard with bassinet, high chair and booster seat, child-safe dishware, toys, games, and books.

Please note the home does not have air conditioning; however, window and floor fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable.

Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing

Spacious & centrally located

The home was very spacious and had many little touches that made this listing stand out compared to many others we’ve been to. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. This Cabin was great for our needs. As a family of 5 with 3 small children it was great to have all the rooms on one level and a wide open living area downstairs. The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!
