Nestled in the heart of Incline Village, this charming home is surrounded by lush greenery and boasts a spacious garden and outdoor space. The modern design features large windows and comfortable furnishings inside. This house is the perfect space for making memories with family, friends or even a relaxing solo retreat.
Less then 10 minutes walk to the lake, a short drive to all incline village grocery stores, restaurants and shops, sand harbour and diamond peak ski area.

This home does not have air conditioning!
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
Note: This is a non-smoking home. This means no smoking inside or outside of the home. You will be charged for extra clean up if smoke is smelled or cigarette butts are found. To smoke please do so off the property and dispose of your butts appropriately as we are on high fire alert year round. Thank you.
The outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be usable in winter time due to heavy snow.
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
