The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really good. The breakfast is great with a big variety of fruits and pastries. The room is spacious and the hotel is well located. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that we celebrated our anniversary there and different than all the hotels we chose to celebrate the date in the past they didn’t offer anything to make it special. Usually hotels gift you with a little sweet something or a bottle of champagne or an upgrade, but they didn’t do anything to make the stay special and we booked a room that was not cheap. Instead they put us on a room with a kid that cried all night lol ( that is really not their fault). We stayed for 5 nights.

Passei um final de semana no hotel, chegando na sexta e saindo na segunda. Desde o primeiro contato, achei a comunicação muito organizada. As mensagens com informações sobre taxas, balsa e orientações da ilha ajudaram bastante, principalmente para quem vai a Ilhabela pela primeira vez. O check-in foi simples e tranquilo. Apenas sugiro melhorar a comunicação sobre o cadastro de biometria enviado via WhatsApp, pois inicialmente fiquei inseguro sem saber se o contato era realmente oficial do hotel. O quarto atendeu totalmente às expectativas: amplo, limpo, confortável, ótima ducha e uma vista muito bonita. Também gostei muito do cuidado de deixarem uma cartinha e chocolates pelo meu aniversário, fez diferença na experiência. A localização é excelente para quem está de carro, perto do centro e das principais praias. Gostei também das indicações e facilidades oferecidas pelo hotel. Sobre o café da manhã, o ambiente é bonito e agradável, e as tapiocas feitas na hora são um diferencial. Porém, achei o café mais simples do que esperava pelo porte do hotel, com pouca variedade. Em um dia fui muito bem atendido, mas em outro senti uma postura mais ríspida ao perguntar sobre a possibilidade de consumir algo após o horário do café(pagando). Faltou clareza no horário de atendimento para o checkout. Sair bem cedo e não tinha ninguém fiquei um pouco desconfortável. Acertei depois via Whats a conta sem ruídos. No geral tive uma experiência muito positiva. Voltaria e indicaria.

Ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários, desde a recepção, localização próxima ao centrinho, quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, chaleira e cafeteira no quarto. Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no Velas do Engenho. O hotel é charmoso, bem cuidado e oferece um ambiente calmo e relaxante. Os quartos eram confortáveis e limpos, e o padrão geral é alto. O que realmente se destacou foi o serviço, especialmente na recepção. A equipe foi extremamente acolhedora, profissional e genuinamente prestativa durante toda a nossa estadia. Tudo foi sempre muito fácil e bem organizado, e deu para perceber que eles realmente se preocupam com a experiência dos hóspedes. Equipe extremamente gentil e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar. Hotel com ótimas comodidades, tudo muito limpo e muito bonito, ótimos quartos. Tivemos um problema no ar condicionado em nosso quarto e fomos prontamente respondidos pela equipe que arranjou um novo quarto (melhor que o que havíamos reservado) para ficarmos. Café da manhã muito bom, ótima localização do hotel que fica a 5 minutos dos centros da ilha (da Vila e do centro comercial)
