Spacious 1650 sqft Split-level Duplex, fully stocked bathroom with bidet, centrally located just 6 minutes away from Historic Downtown. 50" TVs in both living rooms with the upstairs being a Roku smart tv with modern retro arcade, and downstairs having the Private pool table, 32" Roku smart TVs in each bedroom. 3 king size beds (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs) 1 full size bed(upstairs) and futon couches in living rooms. Charming private grill area with patio seating and yard. 6' fencing all the way around. Family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Close to pretty much everything in town.

Fun stay

Property was fun, really enjoyed the pool table. Super clean and welcoming. All communications with owner had prompt and pleasant responses and very helpful. Highly recommend this property. My only suggestion would be a list of local attractions or things to do and see.

Great stay with friends

Ricky was very communicative and understanding when we asked to bring our dogs and increased the amount of people at the house. We all stayed comfortably and were not bothered with sharing the one bathroom. The little backyard was perfect for hanging out.
