We have just returned from a 7 night stay. Check in wasn't a problem but we did have to wait until 2pm which wasn't a big deal. 10 euro charge for safe which was cheap as this is given back at the end of the stay. The previous guests had not handed the safety deposit key back but the lock was changed within 5 minutes of getting into our room. We found food very good with plenty choice. We did eat out a few times as the food was not agreeing with my partner. I do agree with a previous review with regards to the smell of vomit which is still very prominent in the bar area. Our room was on the 4th floor with a lovely view of the pool. Towels were changed daily if required. We heard no noise other than guests returning from nights out. The noise lasted a couple of minutes at a time. The downside of the stay was some of the bar staff which were quite rude at times. We were all inclusive but from approximately 10.30 pm you couldn't get to the bar as there was a very long queue and not enough bar staff for the queue to go down quick enough. We ended up going out ans spending a lot more than we should have at local bars. The snack bar refused to serve soft drinks throughout the day, we were told to go to the main bar for them even though the information guide in the room states you can get soft drinks at the snack bar. We tried to go for food there one day and we're told the food was inside, meaning the restaurant. Overall we had a very pleasant stay but I would not recommend this as a family hotel. It is definitely more like 18-30. Security staff were very good, reception staff were excellent, cleaners never stopped they are an asset to the hotel as was the main guy in the restaurant. Unfortunately staff in the bar and snack bar let the hotel down. Wifi was not good but who wants to spend time on the net on holiday !

Positives:- -Great location -Clean and modern -Good choice at breakfast (B&B guests only) and staff helpful within restaurant -Helpful reception desk. Light in our room fixed immediately, can't ask for more. -Entertainment team were hard working, rep show based on the musical 'Grease' was excellent great enthusiasm which never dipped. - Pool table was welcomed (there are 3). - Good standard of housekeeping within rooms. - Great level of service at snack bar and prices were very reasonable compared with the outside competitors. Suggested Improvements- - The poolside music, I have to say, is on loop and it got to the point where I knew exactly what was coming and became tiresome. I loved the artists played but some more variety would have been desirable, there's only so many times I can hear 'Shape of You' by Ed Sheeran! More variety here please, - Unfortunately when we visited there was a large stag party on their jollies. One member of this party was sick in the pool and this meant that the pool was closed for the entire day, not the fault of the hotel's I understand and they appeared to deal with the issue well, however it was an inconvenience to us as we were unable to have a dip in the daytime that day in any pool (including the baby pool) so were reliant on the showers. Inconsiderate of the party involved as it meant that an amenity that everyone else had paid for as part of their holiday was unavailable for the day. - Linked to this was the smell of sick, I have to say it was quite strong following this incident throughout downstairs of the hotel and beside restaurant entrance, quite off putting. Could this strong scent have been attended to because it was noticeable to me and my partner? Not the most pleasant scent to encounter daily. -Internet temperamental in parts of hotel - Another English TV channel aside from BBC World ? I know you do not go on hols to watch TV but nice to have something familiar for background when in room preparing for bed or when temporarily cooling off from sun -Another couple of spare pillows in cupboard would have been welcomed as we found the ones provided very low, providing little neck support which led to poorer sleep quality.

I stayed here 4 nights perfect location near the beach and night life, great staff whom made a great stay. Completely recommended if you go for a few days to Ibiza and do not what to spend much money on food and stays, all- inclusive is a perfect service.

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. No problems with check in (just took a fair amount of time as with most hotels) and everything seemed clean and tidy. The rooms were quite small but we had all the essentials: Balcony, aircon, hairdryer and safe. Due to the small rooms and size of the hotel, it was really quite noisy during the night so not ideal if you're a light sleeper but the beds were comfortable. The pool was a good size (can't really comment on the sun bed situation as we didn't spend much time there) but the one thing about this hotel that gets a big thumbs up was the breakfast.. Everything you could want to eat and more! Overall good location for both people looking for a relaxing break or the party-goers!

Nice, confortable and fun stay in the best location of the island. Friendly staff. Daniele and his crew are great! love it, we will be back (good price for an all inclusive experience in the very expensive Ibiza)

5th time at this hotel, can't fault anything it's had a lovely makeover in the reception, bar, & restaurant, a token system to get drinks for all inclusive is new & it saves wasting all those plastic cups. The staff are very friendly, the food very good with a wide choice, the hotel is kept very clean also the rooms. There is entertainment day & evening. It's easy access to the beach & ibiza town, I would happily recommend this hotel & we will defiantly be returning as soon as possible many thanks for another peasant stay,

I really enjoyed staing at this 3 star hotel (I'd say 3+).They will feed you with really really delicious food,as well as fresh juice, vine, tea, coffee, cappuccino and many many more. They have really friendly staff which will help you in any situation. Many thanks to MIHAELA and ADREITA ( 2 nice ladies who cleaned my room every morning... and i mean spotless - good people), as well very kind were ladies from restaurant.

Had a 1 weeks stay with a friend. The hotel by taxi is about €11, And 10 mins away. It is very clean and has been refurbished. Check in at 2pm. Room is clean and spacious. There isn't tea/coffee but we didn't have time for that! There is shampoo/shower gel on the wall in the shower which is over the bath. And soap. The safe you need a key which is €10 deposit. The food breakfast and evening meal was impressive. We would have fried egg on toast with their herby tomatos and bacon, fresh cut fruit, yoghurt, but there is more selection. Evening meals were also good, plenty of selection, fresh cooked steak, salad, pasta, cold meats and much more. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel because we got a good deal for 4nights and I'm so happy I did. After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous but the place is lovely. The reception is bright and so,so clean, the whole hotel was spotless. Our room wasn't ready until 3pm, meant to be 2pm. Security dude was in the lobby, and seems to be a permanent feature which is reassuring. We had bed and breakfast which was great. Omelette and pancakes made fresh, loads of fruit, cereal, hot food was quite good too, just not the same as home obviously. Our room was clean and overlooked the pool/first floor roof. There was a rooftop pool but it wasn't opened. Pool areas great, entertainment team are great, music plays all day but it's not overly loud, goes on til around 11. There were people with kids at hotel and everyone was respectful. Hotel location is good, short walk to beach, although the main part of about 10 mins away. Loved it. Would stay again definitely. Ps walls are definitely thin but this is the norm in most 2/3 star hotels I have stayed in.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of April. Check in was seamless. Staff were efficient but not the friendliest I have to say. They weren't rude, but could smile more and be more welcoming is all. The reception area was immaculate and modern. Pool was quite large with plenty loungers and seating. The bar was great too and very reasonable(we were not all inclusive). There was entertainment in the evening until around 11pm which is when the bar closed also. Our room, whilst clean and fit for purpose...was only ok. The bed was comfortable and the general size was big enough for us as was the balcony. The biggest drawback on the hotel was the noise. The rooms are not even the slightest bit sound proofed. Our room was on the 2nd floor, directly in front of the elevator/stairway. Definitely ask for a room away from there. We could hear everyone's voices clear as day...every footstep, even people who weren't being particularly noisy. The room next door we could hear everything the people were saying also. We were staying on a B/B basis and whilst neither of us are particularly fussy...the breakfast on day 1 was enough to put us off the food. The hot food wasn't very well cooked and there wasn't much variety. We ate at beach front cafes/hotels the following 2 mornings which was much better! As much as those things would put me off staying here for a week or more...I would return again if it was only for a few nights... It is only a short taxi ride to the airport and/or Ibiza town. Alternatively, the bus stop is directly outside. It is only a few hundred yards walk to the beach. There is a SPAR across the road and there are a couple of decent bars nearby. The shower is fresh water(unlike a lot of the nearby places which are salt water) At checkout...there is a storage room to keep your luggage at no extra cost, and there are 3/4 shower rooms to freshen up before heading to the airport if you have a late departure. Overall I'd say 3/5
