Great value stay for the location and services provided. The room was very clean, and the pool & sky bar were an excellent addition. The hotel is located in walking distance of many restaurants, close to old town and shopping, and in the middle of the nightclubs and airport. Most of all, the staff were very helpful and kind. I left my speaker in my room and Lucrezia helped me figure out how to ship it to me through whatsapp. The response time and assistance were phenomenal. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting ibiza.

Our entire stay was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are amazing ( even the tiny room), the views are incredible from the top-floor sea-view rooms, the beds are fantastic, the amenities are glorious, the food is impeccable, and the staff are beyond wonderful. Special thanks to Alicia and Silvia, but honestly, everyone was amazing. The view from the bar is amazing and the drinks were awesome. Tuna Tacos and Pina Coladas for days!!!!

Increíble experiencia en este hotel, la ubicación mejor imposible, tienen el mejor rooftop con gente maravillosa como Gastón y 2 chicos italianos mas que no recuerdo sus nombres ahora , también Mara , que te atienden con una amabilidad increíble!!! Pasé mis mejores noches de previa ahí! Luego las instalaciones muy lindas , Alicia en la recepción nos brindó toda la info que necesitamos y más , amo ir a estos lugares donde el personal tiene su valor agregado! Sin dudas volveré! Aaa también use el SPA , y el recorrido de agua, con sauna, duchas, jacuzzi, espectacular experiencia! Muchas gracias !!!

Given the size of the room allocated - it was tiny - this hotel is very overpriced and I would not book it again. There are nice features, such as the sky bar, but the room felt claustrophobic and we were glad we only had to spend 2 nights there. Breakfast is nice but it’s not obvious/clear that you can order freshly cooked options beyond the buffet. Missed this on day one, which was annoying. The location is ok but it’s a long walk to the old town where the best shopping and restaurant options are.

Run away!

We stayed one night at your Ibiza hotel and it was the worst experience ever! Loud electronic music in the Bar until midnight, the beats were very strong and annoying not allowing sleeping. After that we could hear every single step in the corridor, people talking in their rooms and toilets flushes as well. The bed is a combination of two single beds, with a whole in the middle and the room smells mold. This is not what we expect from a 4 stars hotel at all. The worst part is that after complaining with reception, we were told as there were no managers they could do nothing about the music and we would have to wait till midnight for at least the beats stop in our room. I emailed the hotel to complaint about it and the manager responded saying db levels were under limits allowed by the law. They just ignored the fact that the vibration of electronic music in the walls of an old building have nothing to do with db levels and can be very disturbing. And yes, they ignored the main function of a hotel: offer a nice room to sleep; and excused their actions by saying they are under limits of the law... so run away!
