After much debate on where to stay over Clockwork Orange weekend myself and 3 other decided to stay at the Jabeque Dreams which, despite the rate we paid, ended up being a good choice. The Jabeque Dream is situated just off the main road between Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza town with a short walk to the beach and main drag of Bossa, Ushuaia, Hi. The hotel has all the amenities needed for a hotel with a supermarket 30 second walk up the road. The rooms were clean and tidy and services on a daily basis, the only gripe I would have is that there is no privacy in the showers as there a glass window between bathroom and bedroom which is not normally a problem if you in a couple however when staying with friends it can be a bit awkward. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel which was away from the main hotel building but appeared more secure. Overall I was happy with our stay and would consider The Jabeque Dreams again.
For the price you just cant complain, its obviously not amazing but when you're staying in San Antonio you're usually out quite alot so it does the job. Its oldschool but was clean and had the facilities needed. Only went for a long weekend but definitely didnt need luxury as was barely in there! Was pretty spacious too. Me and my friend actually found the receptionists rather pleasant probably because we were drunk and annoying to them though! Really good location and not far in a taxi from the airport, cost us €40 each way. Supermarkets and nice places to eat literally around the corner so no need to go too far. The rooftop pool was a right laugh, cheap drinks and funny barman, he might be a bit too much if you were up there everyday but i liked it, and the music up there was spot on! I'd deffo be back
Just returned home from 10 days in these apartments. We had a rocky first day, as our apartment (although lovely and sea facing) was on the second floor and too close to the pool area. The music and the noise from the people around the pool was just too loud for us to relax. However, we spoke to Oana (who is an angel) at reception the next day and she immediately gave us a different room - fifth floor and still sea-facing. After that very minor glitch - we had the best stay ! The apartments are really nice, clean and modern. The staff are all very friendly and the location is perfect. We would definitely return !
Excellent hotel! 3 swimming pools outside and bar! Very friendly staff, however a bit distracted, laughing and joking with other people instead of check in new guest, especially evening time, the girls during the day were very quick and professional! Great location, close to the beach and restaurant. Breakfast could be improved. The best things which hotel offers is additional room with the shower after check in, brilliant idea!
Perfect location for all of us. Close to clubs and lively bars for 19 year olds and plenty of restaurants for the parents. Rooms cleaned daily, bedding and fresh towels daily too. Pool areas spotless all staff helpful . Perfect views from all rooms. Would definitely go back.
Great hotel the room looks modern and got great view location close to centre .very nice staff and the girls very polite in reception special Oana always with her smile ready to help😀😀defiantly will come back!!highly recommend
I stayed here for two nights in June this past summer. On our last night before we left in morning we were robbed right when we left to go club. I remember that night so clearly, the couple next to our room followed us to the lobby and headed back upstairs when we went to go catch a cab, which I thought it was weird they followed us but didn't think of it much. I don't know if it's an inside job, but we had a corner room at the top floor, they were able to climb through bedroom window through their balcony. I don't know why their balcony is only a hands reach length to our bedroom window. They were able to climb in and take our stuff and left through front door. (yes, we doubled check the locks on every door/window but forgot this one specific window) What I didn't understand is that the staff had all the video footages of someone leaving our hotel room front door but they told us it was a "Moroccan" guy but they couldn't find him. It's funny how they were so specific about the race of the guy but they didn't know anything else or could do anything else about it. So many things didn't add up because they have cameras everywhere and there's only one exit and entrance to the hotel which is the through the front lobby. The couple next to us filed a "robbery" report 2 hours before we filed ours to make it seem like both our rooms were robbed. But in the surveillance cameras, you clearly see the boyfriend from room come up to our room to listen to see if there's anymore people inside. It's frustrating because we know who did it and how it happened, but yet the police and hotel couldn't do anything about it even though they have evidence. So the hotel clerk had to have seen someone suspicious leaving the lobby or even with bags of random items. The police were useless. My friends and I lost a total of $5,000+ worth of items we bought in Spain and our own personal things such as cash, credit cards, passports, and wallets. It was a total nightmare, it's just a funny coincidence that they robbed us the night before we had to leave as if they knew we wouldn't have time to chase the case because we had a flight to catch. I have attached pictures of the "police" investigating and looking for footprints and fingerprints. The hotel staff wasn't even nice enough to refund us for the two nights we stayed there even though it cost about $90 USD a night. I have tried reaching out to the manager/hotel chain's management on several occasions but no response. I would appreciate if management would contact me and do something about it if they care about their guests safety. If you are deciding to stay here I would request for a room that's not in the corner or I would rather pay more $$ to stay somewhere more upscale and safe. But my suggestion to you is DO NOT STAY HERE! The fact that people next door were able to climb through our window is a scary thought.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to playa den bossa, beach bars and bora bora, also supermarkets and bus stops if needed, is the perfect position! The staff is very friendly, the reception was available everytime we needed help, they gave us lots of tips on where to go. It was very clean, roms were cleaned every day and clean towels provided. I enjoyed a lot my stay, I strongly recommend and definitely return! See you next year!!
To begin with, the reception staff was exceptional, but I can't say I was happy with the room amenities. The hotel did not provide a proper cleanliness of the pillows which were smelly and uncomfortable, and neither a simple detergent to clean up the dishes. I was given a room with partial sea view, and when asked for a better one, was told that they are fully occupied with no chance in getting a better one. Not to mention the toilet which made a creepy loud noise with every single flush. It has a great location but offers a poor service. Eventually, if someone will take into consideration what has been told, it would be a plus for future improvements. I had the pleasure to stay in May at Jabeque Soul which is part of the same group, when had a totally different room and an awesome experience. On this one, I've tried to use the aircon but couldn't due to its unbearable noise and it's obvious malfunction. We were a family of 3, and frankly is it normal to find a towel in the fridge, or am I missing something? I'm just asking. Room number 311, 3rd floor, 22nd - 25th of August 2016. Again, no complaints when it comes to reception staff. They've done their best. That was my experience with Apartamentos Playa Sol 2.
I stayed here in July with two friends. The location of the hotel is excellent; you can walk to many lovely bars and restaurants. It's easy to get taxis from the hotel and the staff will help you with any queries you might have. The hotel is extremely clean and the corridors, rooms and all floors are cleaned daily. A great place to stay with friends.
