I didn’t see a single bug in or outside. It smells amazing in the rooms. The quality of the rooms was fantastic. Cleanliness 10/10 (No Notes) No trash in or around the property. The staff was super friendly. my dog felt safe I felt safe. I had to take my dog out to use it at 2am and I felt very safe walking around.

Staff was helpful. Facility was nice, though the location was miles from where I wanted to be. If I were moving to the Huntsville area I would strongly consider staying here while I arrange long-term housing.

We have stayed at this location 8 times since it opened last year. Most of our visits have been for over 10 days at a time. We have always brought along our dogs. This time when we booked for a short 3 day stay, we were told by the new manager, Mike that he was canceling my reservation because we had 3 dogs. I told him that I could pay for all three, and that it never was a problem in the past. He called me a liar, and said he hardly believed that I had stayed there with 3 dogs before. He then let me know that its the customers responsibility to read all the pet policies before making a reservation. He also very rudely asked what I was going to do with the third dog. And then he told me that he was canceling my room. I asked him if he knew where we could stay after driving 10 hours to the hotel, and he said no. He then said he was charging me for 1 night stay because I didn't cancel earlier. Why would I cancel a reservation that should have been completed through no fault of my own? We called Expedia and opened a complaint against him and the hotel. I would not recommend this as a good place to stay, with or without pets. The new man is rude, and not one to put at the desk with the customers. We have grounds for a lawsuit for defamation of character, when we have the proof of what we told him. Beware! Do not go to this chain hotel in Madison AL.

Location was off the beaten path. A oasis for the working man. Very quiet. Mainly gas station food nearby. Bring own food to cook in. Nothing fancy. No pool, no breakfast. Clean & comfy & roomy

Not much to do in the immediate location. However, 10mins away is the Toyota stadium and Walmart and others activities. It’s 18mins away from Huntsville and MidCity and about 6-8minutes away from the airport. If you want to be in a location away from a lot of activity. This is the place to be. The pictures are a true representative of the suite

I had a great stay with my family in the area. The facilities are basically brand new and very clean. It was a breath of fresh air staying here. Will do it again in the future when I come back!

I love the convience of this hotel. Something has changed of late, since I stayed last month. The outside trash cans were overflowing and trash was everywhere. It smelled so badly. Something needs to be done to correct this.

Very nice brand. Newly built hotel/ apartment extended stay type. They have full Size 4 burner stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, nice couch and chair. Two big screen TVs. It's a security building so outside people or people who are not staying there. Unless you have a room card you can not even get past the the doors that opens to get to your room. Nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel with barbecue grill and tables and fire pit with chairs. Just an overall really nice place. When I go back to Madison I will definitely stay there. It was clean. The general manager is great. The employees are great. It's just a good place

The room was perfect; they had everything we needed. I'm so grateful we found a place we could bring our pets, had a king size bed, and even a full kitchen! Very happy with our stay, would definitely recommend.

They have a security building so you don't have to worry about feeling safe during your stay. The staff are all wonderful. People very nice and courteous and helpful The place is out a little. Not in town but it has Mexican food, chicken pizza, gasoline, diesel all within walking or driving distance. Overall. When I come back to Madison, Alabama I will stay here again

The design of the property is great. It has secure entrances and all rooms open to a courtyard. The layout provides a window on each side of every room. The room itself was very spacious. It felt very much like an apartment. The room and property were very clean with the exception of the elevator, which had a strong pet odor. This is an excellent stop on the way to Florida and I will be back!
