The front desk clerk was more interested in talking to her boyfriend in back than in attending to guests. The first room I was assigned was hot and moldy. The second room I was assigned was 'acceptable'. While I was out during the day, the second night of my two night reservation was canceled on me. They told me I had to rebook, but the price had gone up. I insisted that I should be allowed to rebook at the price I originally paid, but they had no interest in helping me with that and when I complained, they refused service. I had to walk to another hotel. This is a very low end operation, employees are poorly trained, management does not understand their job. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, I will never stay at a Wyndham property anywhere because after my calls with customer support, it has become clear to me that this is a corporate culture problem. A terrible experience, disappointing.
