Ok there was no heat in the room and it was dirty!! And after we addressed it at the hotel they said they put us in an out of order room, then, they said they would give me a free 50,000 pts on my Hilton honors but that had not came. Also they gave a bunch of snacks and water to me and the kids but the chips and crackers were all expired on 12/1/2025 so they were out dated. I think we need a full refund on this it was awlful.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room was excellent. The breakfast options were great! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in this area. Oh the staff was wonderful as well!

I get that it’s a friendly establishment, which is great for people who have pets, but unfortunately, I had two different rooms and they both smelled like pets have stayed there as well. Not sure if it was urine in the carpets or what but definitely nauseating. After the second room, I just had to stick it out through my reservation.
