"This was easily one of the best vacation homes we've rented. The home was exactly as advertised-beautiful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with just about everything you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels, linens, and toiletries, and the pool and beach gear were truly appreciated.The neighbors were friendly, and the home has a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grill.Arturo was an excellent host and very responsive. During an unexpected five hour local power outage, he looked into the situation for us and provided details, which we really appreciated.If considering staying in Humacao, it's worth knowing that the area is quieter than other parts of Puerto Rico. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, but if you plan to explore other parts of the island, you'll want to factor in the driving time.The only downside during our stay was the beach immediately in front of the property. There was a significant amount of seasonal sargassum (seaweed), and recent erosion had washed out much of the beach, making it inaccessible. From talking with locals, it sounds like the beach conditions are recent, so may improve over time. We ended up driving 30 minutes to Seven Seas Beach for our beach days which is great on weekdays, Overall, this is an outstanding property. You're really paying for an exceptional home, and it absolutely delivers."
