Hampton Inn & Suites Baton Rouge Downtown

5/5 Excellent

"I loved Ms. Amy at the front desk who helped me as I’m handicap, she helped me with the mix up with my room as well. We got that situated I got my balcony room with a city/river side view like I asked ! :) it was perfect. The food was bland and not good; it was cold but the staff was so helpful in helping with finding items and getting things. The water level in room 622 needs to be worked on the water pressure is so low it was unbearable to take a shower. The A/C was perfect and the room smelled so nice and it was clean and towels were OKAY… One had a stain that shouldn’t be there.. Over all I had an amazing stay for getting out of my comfort zone going to a new city for the first time ever and exploring on a busy busy night ! And the staff and on it :) and very helpful. Will be there again. And will recommend to friends."
