Good price for suite room The welcoming was great. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast delicious. The room was great and clean. It was my first time in Vietnam and I enjoyed my stay :-)
Found this hotel online and saw all the positive reviews. Decided to book here and was very impressed. The receptionist, Y (pronounced E), spoke English very well and was very friendly. Rates are good, staff is nice, and rooms are roomy/clean. Definitely glad we are staying at this hotel. Would stay here again.
I had a great stay in this hotel as part of a group tour to vietnam. I only got to spend 2 nights here but it was the best Hotel in the whole of my 2 and half week trip there. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Staff very friendly and Helpful. Free Wifi worked but it was very slow. Breakfast was very basic. Air condition was nice as it was very hot in October. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Hue again.
A very lovely hotel, particularly given how cheap it is relative to other hotels. Rooms are very spacious. The staff are lovely. No breakfast included. Wifi included but isn't password protected so tends to be quite slow.
Hotel was pretty good, comfy beds, spacious rooms, good shower. Staff at reception very friendly. Location is not great - about a 20 minute walk to town but there are plenty of taxis waiting outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. Breakfast at hotel was very poor - wouldn't recommend eating there. Otherwise pretty good stay though.
We came here... As part of a tour! It isn't fantastic but it's not terrible. The bed was SUPER comfy, the aircon was awesome and it had a bath and an awkward balcony. All the hotels where we have stayed in Vietnam have been like this. Empty, impersonal, kinda creepy. Would never stay here on purpose (not booked by a tour) we usually prefer hostels as the staff are more attentive, the bathrooms cleaner and a better flow of energy through the place like a bubbling brook compared to this stagnant puddle.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was more than helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was light, but delicious. The only not-so-great point was that I stayed at this hotel during the prime days for wedding receptions. There was a lot of loud late night singing and partying going on throughout my stay. It provided some laughs, but didn't provide a solid night's sleep. I'd stay here again regardless.
Arrived here as part of a tour. I stayed on the third floor. The hotel itself is clean, free bottled water daily which was great! Staff are also friendly and accommodating with a door man there every time you arrive or leave the hotel. Wifi is available although unreliable in the room. There is a communal balcony available though where the wifi works fine which I enjoyed some lazy nights. Location for the hotel is close to a major shopping precinct but away from restaurants and attractions. If you get the chance do the dragon boat trip up the perfume river..
was not able to make the most of my time in Hue due to being hit with a stomach bug in Hoi An, as such spent a lot of time in my room. The bed was comfortable and everything I needed was available. Would stay there again on return trip.
Arrived here as part of a tour. It seems all the tour groups use the same hotels. I stayed on the third floor. The hotel itself is clean, free bottled water daily which was great! Staff are also friendly and accommodating with a door man there everytime you arrive or leave the hotel. My fridge in the room didn't work despite being plugged in. Wifi is available although unreliable in the room. There is a communal balcony available though where the wifi works fine which I enjoyed some lazy nights on talking to my fiance back home. Location for the hotel is quite bad. It is far from all the main attractions in Hue and a taxi ride or long walk is always needed. As an avid walker I did not mind walking to or from town, but any further to the monuments and things would have been way too far. If you get the chance while in Hue please please please go to the national park and visit the caves. This is one thing I wanted to do that being on tour i was unable. The caves are amazing and you wont regret it!!!
