After travelling Cambodia and Vietnam and staying at 4 star hotels we must totally honest and say that this stay was disappointing. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Our rooms were just ok with a pokey bathroom that was less than adequate. Wherever we travelled we enjoyed the pool after our big days in the heat and this impossible with up to 30 children at one stage making it a total joke. Don't get me wrong I did enjoy seeing them play but couldn't get in the pool to enjoy it also. With this put aside the staff are amazing, caring and there to help and please. From the doorman to the desk staff that did whatever they could to make your stay pleasant.
The hotel is ok, room quite clean, good service, good location, alot of good restaurants nearby Swimming pool opens for public, very crowded. Breakfast is ok, plenty choice. Amazing view from breakfast restaurant.
Love the staff, warm greeting and highly competent. Great rooms, clean and spacious with beautiful views. Good breakfast buffet. We use this hotel for an educational program, itnis central and has a nice pool and restaurant space for large groups.
What struck our attention when we arrived in Vietnam was the courtesy, simplicity and dignity of this people from millennial history. The ancient imperial city is simply wonderful. The hotel that hosts us welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism. The room is cozy and complete with all the amenities.
Arrived on my birthday during our honeymoon, met the helpiful staff and entered a decorated room with a birthday cake awaiting. The room is very clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We ate a meal at the hotels Cafe which was not bad. Defently a great place!
I stayed at the Park View Hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and had three beds, which was great as I travel with my two children. The receptionists are really nice and greeted us with a lovely glass of lemonade. The room was spatious and clean. There's a Coffee and tea maker, fridge and a safe. We had a view of the Citadel from our window and that was nice. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but there is a vegetarian restaurant downstairs, a café and bar that are part of the hotel. For us the only negative was the pool experience. The pool is nice but it's open to the public, so honestly. it's a complete mad house between 4 - 8:30 PM , there are way too many people and it's extremely loud, and this is exactly the time guests would want to cool off after a long day of sightseeing. On the weekends general public also comes early, very early! We were woken at 6 AM by screaming kids at the pool! I really think management should review this policy and make the pool only for guests staying at the hotel. Apart from that it's a great place.
We arrived at the hotel hot and sweaty from being on the night train. Even though it was 10am the lovely person on reception on Saturday morning bought us a cool drink bought the fans up close and let us check in early to one of our rooms so that we could have a shower. The room deluxe room was huge and the bathroom was big. Lovely swimming pool but the toilets by the pool were not very clean. We went and had a massage at the hotel which was great. It is a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants. The footpaths are good there are crossings and traffic lights which help to get there. The city is the cleanest we have seen in Vietnam so far. Hotel staff are lovely. Great WiFi. The hotel has several restaurants and cafe but we did not try them out
Very friendly and helpful staff that were a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were clean, comfortable and inviting. We were able to enjoy a relaxing lunch lounging by the pool while the kids played. Thank you to the hotel for recommending the Hue Deluxe Group Tour with tour guide Hoa. We had a great time and certainly recommend the tour for a great day to see all the sights of Hue. Very enjoyable stay at a beautiful hotel. Thank you!
I was very impressed with the Park View Hotel in the beautiful city of Hue. My room was on the 7th floor and I was delighted with the appearance of the room and the view from the balcony. I want to especially thank Mrs. Khanh Linh-Fo who suggested and then helped me organise a visit to the nearby tombs of Minh Mang, Khai Dinh and Tu Duc, which had not been scheduled as part of my tour. This was truly excellent customer service and it was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfasts at the Hotel; a great selection of food to choose from. I would certainly stay here again.
Seriously, we loved this hotel. Centrally Located- friendly staff, impressive breakfast and ..... we had an amazing suite with more towel Animals than we have ever seen. The air conditioner rocked and the bell boy was very very very friendly To foodie daughter . We had a blast and would Definetly Return
