My wife and arrived in the evening from Danang for a stay at hotel for our honeymoon. Hotel had given our room away to other guests. Replacement room was right next to what appeared to be a local high graduation that finished late. While they upgraded our room the next night this was an unforgivable oversight. To make matters worse we had dinner in restaurant associated with hotel and service was poor as was food. Other guests in restaurant that night were smoking right inside the restaurant right next to a "no smoking" sign. The staff did nothing. Not a great start. City was enjoyable, however this initial experience lowered the overall stay just that little bit.

Stayed at this place with my tour group. The room we stayed at was at the end of a hall and next to a shared public balcony. That night it was windy/ rainy so I shut the door. Not sure who but it was opened again when I exited the room to go for a wonder in the street, that was annoying happened twice in one night and I gave up. Doesn't fee like a secure hotel as many guests stay at this place.

We stayed two nights at this hotel during a tour of Central Vietnam. The building itself is a little bit old and some rooms show signs of mould. The bathroom is quite small with a big bathtub. However the bathtub is built in a clever way so you are spared of bathroom flodding experiences while having a shower :-). Hotel staff is remarkable acommodating...we had to change room twice (because the original one assigned was next to a loud wedding feast and quite mouldy) but no problem. Breakfast was one of the best I had in Vietnam: quite a big selection of western food (fresh crusty baguette and quite a good selection of delicious pastry, special hue dishes, vietnamese dishes, freshly cooked eggs and a wide range of fresh fruit to choose from). The hotel even has a swimming pool...however I did not use it because the weather was quite cold (20 degrees celsius).

Our overnight stay here was such a relaxing experience. The hotel reception lady was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended places to walk and eat. Rooms are spacious and clean and the pool impeccably maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel could be just everywhere in the world. A big, efficient machine working quite nicely, but missing a special touch. Room was very spacious and very clean, the bed was wonderfully decorated when I entered it, but e.g. missing a little table to have a nice dinner when doing room service. Bathroom had all the amenities needed, but e.g. the decoration was just blunt And the room could have done overall with a make over. Breakfast has lots of choices, but as the hotel was quite crowded, it was kind of difficult to fully enjoy it. As you can see, all is good, but just not special. Location with a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown is quite OK too.

This hotel is located some 10-15 min. walking distance from downtown and restaurants which may not be to everyone's liking. A couple of ATM machines in front of the hotel which is handy. Our room was spaciuos, clean but not 4-star by European standards. For a couple of nights it was ok though. The room had a very small balcony, almost half of it was occupied by the air-con compressor - it served as a makeshift table for our cups of coffee in the morning. The bathroom came with a bathtub which was good for relaxing after spending a whole day walking around Hue. Hotel restaurant serves decent breakfasts. It's also ok for dinners if you don't fancy walking a kilometre or so in the evening to the nearest eateris - the food was tasty, not too pricey, and the restaurant was completely deserted.

Remarkable hotel, located at a ten minutes walking distance from downtown, and close enough to the Hue night market. The rooms are big enough and very clean. The employees are very kind and very helpful.

Our 2 night stay at the Park View Hotel Hue was made excellent by the amazing staff. The front desk team were so attentive and went out of their way to find any number of solutions. The hotel is family friendly and our kids felt very welcome at all times. Thank you to the Park View Hotel team for such a lovely and personalised stay.

After travelling Cambodia and Vietnam and staying at 4 star hotels we must totally honest and say that this stay was disappointing. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Our rooms were just ok with a pokey bathroom that was less than adequate. Wherever we travelled we enjoyed the pool after our big days in the heat and this impossible with up to 30 children at one stage making it a total joke. Don't get me wrong I did enjoy seeing them play but couldn't get in the pool to enjoy it also. With this put aside the staff are amazing, caring and there to help and please. From the doorman to the desk staff that did whatever they could to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel is ok, room quite clean, good service, good location, alot of good restaurants nearby Swimming pool opens for public, very crowded. Breakfast is ok, plenty choice. Amazing view from breakfast restaurant.
