Was simply perfect for us

Good and clean rooms, amazing breakfast, perfect service, good location. In addition, they arranged for us at a reasonable price a private transfer from Hué to Hoi An with stops at Ba Na Hills and Marble Mountains. I clearly recommend this hotel

Thanh Lich hotel took great care of us e.g. by hailing us taxis and walking us in/out with umbrellas during the rain. We appreciated the clean rooms and fantastic Vietnamese and Western breakfasts. Our room was on the ninth floor in the corner so it was quiet - the only noise we heard was some heavy winds coming through the vents above us during the rainstorm - that detracted from the quietude but wasn't much of an issue when it came to sleeping. We would stay here again.

Great boutique hotel with good amenities. Unfortunately staff struggle with English and seems more geared to servicing oriental guests judging by their breakfast spread. Al in all good comfortable hotel at a great price

Our room was lovely & the first night we ate in the restaurant. This was a lovely meal, apart from the waitress hovering over my shoulder whilst I decided what to order, very intimidating. Food, however, was excellent. The second night, after a very busy day, we decided to chill, have a bath & again eat in the hotel restaurant, however, there were 3 parties in the hotel, one in the function room on the ground floor & 1 in each of the restaurants!!! We had not been told about any of them. The party on the 12th floor was a karaoke & could be heard all over the hotel!!! The loud music & the even louder, out of tune appauling "singing" was just dreadful. The hotel receptionist said it was a party for New Year & would be finished by 10pm & was that ok? NO!!! It wasn't ok. We should have been informed about this prior to our stay, because if we had known about it, we would have booked somewhere else. A nice hotel, however, our stay was spoilt by the loud noise coming from the karaoke party. I would not recommend staying here, as the hotel do not seem to value their paying guests. Such a shame.

The stay overall was mediocre at best. The family size room was very nice and clean though with nothing but an adjacent wall to look out the window at, it felt very cave like. The staff were accommodating enough.

Overall… I would go back

Reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Greeters at the door were always friendly and attentive.Hotel was clean. Good location. Daily laundry offered. A block down the street a vendor was providing workshops on how to make Asian hats, kites and artificial lotus flowers. Lots of fun. We were on the 11th floor next to the elevator. A bit noisy with the restaurant above. Hotel made a great effort to ask their visitors to remain quiet after 10:30pm. Bathtub / shower was not easy to get into / out (we are seniors) and amenities were a far reach. No recycling of plastic bottles. Pool had a lot of chlorine in it. Use of hot tub had to be scheduled in advance.

Excellent hotel in Hue

We spent a lovely three days and two nights there n Hue and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is excellent, only criticisms being a lack of anywhere to hang out damp clothing in the rooms and really two lifts is one too few resulting in several slightly long waits to access floors.
