Stayed here as part of an intrepid tour. Great hotel, didn't expect it from the outside but it turned out nice inside. Nice clean room, convenient area, nice staff and decent wifi! Thanks, it was a good quick stay.

My partner and I booked this hotel for one night as we were on our way to Hoi An via Hue by motorbike. The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. However the rooms were very out of date and needed some improvements. The beds were hard and not very comfortable to sleep on, they should invest in some top mattresses. If you want a shower you need to be fast as hku water quickly runs out. They had happy hour but only 20 percent and besides that the drinks were very over priced. Breakfast buffet was nice with a large selection of both western and Vietnamese dishes.

As an overnight stay Gold Hotel was nice. However the standard room didn’t have a top madras, so would recommend to upgrade, as the bed was quiet hard. Staff was very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Thang david the door man made the stay he sent us in all the right directions! What a champ! Nice central location just out side of backpacked ally so less tourists. Good food in area. Chilled roof top sky bar. Nailed it. Cheers

Staff were helpful and attentive, rooms were good size and reasonably comfortable. We seemed to be in the older part of the building which needs a fair bit of refurbishment, bathrooms definitely need to be replaced. Value for money was still ok though, location was surrounded by a lot of places to eat quite cheaply. Breakfast was adequate with egg station.

Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Hue I was let down as, for me, the description did not match the experience. I booked a standard room which was very shoddy with walls being severely marked and heater vent almost falling out of the roof. So I paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room. The deluxe room I had was in some ways worse than the first room with mould and very badly marked walls and roof etc. I elected to stay in the room for one night and was moved the following day. The room was satisfactory with all amenities being quite good. However the curtains were mouldy and dirty. The entire hotel seems run down in the rooms and basic cleaning is all that occurs. The cost to refurbish them will be more than the wages would have cost to maintain them. The staff here are amazing though. Thang and his colleagues on the door were friendly and efficient. Thang was kind enough to give me a small gift as I had helped him with his back pain. The reception and catering staff were efficient and kind and helpful. I probably wouldn't stay again as there are other, better quality hotels around for a similar price.

Breakfast was so good and level also high. Bathroom fitness are low quality as those were not good. It was not cleaned also. Suggest to add heaters to room as there was freezing. It was disturbing me with a sound near by room time to time. May be generater or refrigerater.

Lots of good things to say about this place. Great front end service, comfortable rooms, nice spa, excellent breakfast with great service. Enjoyed a very good massage at reasonable prices for a hotel. Book early as it gets busy in the afternoons. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Wonderful nightlife area.

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour. large reception area, bedroom was also spacious with 2 beds and a balcony, however due to the torrential rain, didn't use. Wifi was good in the room and reception areas, hotel has a spa with massage facility, I didn't try but a number in my group did. Breakfast was good with a very large selection of both Asian & western items. There is a roof top bar, however this is quite small and a number of the wines were out of stock, again in better weather, I think this would have been better as the doors to the small balcony would have been open.

We stayed two rooms only one night with my family of six persons on December 28, 2017. All of us were satisfied. Rooms are Clean and Comfortable, breakfast is Excellent, especially the staffs are very Friendly and Helpful.
