Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space, newly renovated open living and dining area that offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to sit back and stretch out. You will enjoy the peace and serenity of our beautiful country setting. You will be located approx. 4 miles, a short 5-10 minute drive, from the lovely Historic City of Hudson NY that offers incredible antique stores and amazing restaurants along with cafes and countless sightseeing of Historic Landmarks. ALL GUESTS MUST HE 18HYEARS OR OLDER.
The space…
Your space offers you 700 square foot, one bedroom, one bathroom with pull out trundle bed with room divider for privacy as well as a pull down sofa for extra sleeping. The space has the potential to sleep 6 comfortably, 4 guests with booking and a $25.00 fee per guest over 4 guests up to 6 guests total. Our guests are welcome to use the pool and hot tub as they wish. Please be mindful of a few pool rules that also apply to the hot tub we ask to be followed for your safety. Bathing suits are required for the pool and hot tub. They are a shared space with us. This place also provides a whole house Generac, whole house alarm/fire alarm system with a separate zone alarm system specific to your space as well as a whole house water filtering system. Our property is 2 acres of lush green on a quiet country setting. We live on the property in a private separate area of the building/main house and will be available to help you during your stay. We will be available by phone, email or a knock at my door should you need any assistance or directions to a desired sight seeing adventure.

Your space is equipped with a 43” ROKU UHD TV that will offer you many channels of the basic package with Mid-Hudson Cablevision. Your space also has a Amazon fire stick 4K (used in HDMI 3 input), please use your information when accessing and navigating using the fire stick. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG OUT OF ANY AND ALL PROGRAMS YOU ENJOYED DURING YOUR STAY ON THE FIRE STICK, THANK YOU.

This place is easily accessible aboard the Amtrak, driving the Taconic State Parkway or the NYS Thruway to Hudson, NY. This place is conveniently located by a short 30-60-90 minute drive to several ski resorts for your skiing desires also staying close to Hudson, NY to enjoy all of Hudson's finest, the best of 2 world's. This place is centrally located for your convenience to enjoy all the wonderful Historic Landmarks such as Olana State Historic Site, Thomas Cole National Historic Site or the Martin Van Buren House in Historic Kinderhook, NY just to name a few. This place also offers an array of antique shops and art boutiques just minutes away.
Other things to note…
We own family friendly, fun loving and affectionate Pomeranian’s who will be happy to befriend you if you let them. They will roam freely around the property from time to time. Please expect to hear a little barking from time to time. They are accompanied by 2 purrfectly loving female kitties who think they are the Queens of the property. Please don’t be afraid to shoo them out of your space, they know they aren’t allowed in the house.
