We were in the middle of check-in when the establishment was rated by the police force and temporarily shut down do to a search for drug-related issues. Apparently this was not the first time and this is a known establishment where drug deals frequently happen clearly we didn't know that when we booked but thankfully we were able to get a room at another hotel nearby where there were no issues needless to say I would not recommend staying here to save a few dollars when there could be safety concerns

The girl at the front desk was awesome and helped with some room issues. She was a gem!! The place is in terrible shape. Pool was down. 😢 The room was not clean. Very dusty and dirt on the floor. Not sure if the sheets were actually fresh. 😬 I wouldn't stay there again.

This is one of the crummiest motel rooms I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom was pretty grimy looking. There was no hand soap or toilet paper. I had to go to the desk to get the TP. The light next to the bed did not work. The posting said there was breakfast, but that was only some really crappy coffee and some orange juice in the fridge in the lobby. It does have an indoor pool that looked like it was nicely maintained, but with the overall vibe of the place, I wasn’t going to risk going in.

Staff was great! I showed up super early to check in because we lost power at Trollhaugen. Even in the midst of a renovation, and a panic of other guests, they were able to get me a room within 20 mins to accommodate me! If I’m ever back to Trollhaugen, this is where I’ll be staying. Anthony was great!
