Right on the beach yet you can’t access the beachfront unless the tide is out as the water comes right up to the sea wall!! So don’t expect to sunbathe on the beach! Nothing around except the Seen Space which has a few bars and restaurants so good to have the free shuttle to Hua Hin, even though it’s infrequent and the last return is at 21:15, but taxis back cost 150 THB. Very pleasant and helpful staff, lovely pool area, very good Spa, good Gym and ok sauna. Breakfast was adequate and relaxing and would suit most people. We asked to move to the new wing after the first night and it was a lovely room with sea view. One thing you would need is a mosquito repellent!! Overall good value and good stay.
Visited with some Thai friends and we received first class treatment at reception. A warm, friendly welcome. We even got to meet the head chef and tried his team's food later that evening. Fantastic food cooked and presented perfectly. All staff throughout the hotel were friendly and smiled at us. Hotel it's located right on the beach. Thoroughly recommended.
We had reserved a three bedroom suite with a sea view and we had paid a lot of money for that suite. When we arrived to the hotel, the room we got was terrible. Air conditioner didn't work, rooms were dark and small and there smelled mildew very badly. We weren't happy at all so we complained and we got to change our room. We thought that now they would give us the room that we had paid for, but no. They gave us a room whitch was as bad as the another one. We asked why they cant't give us the room that we had paid for and all they said was that "We gave the room to someone else because we thought that you would prefer a room that has more bathrooms." They didn't even asked us is that okay, they just gave our room to someone else. Our holiday wasn't so long so we didn't want to use our holiday to fight against the terrible service. On top of everything, everything else was bad too. Cleaning was so bad, that they even forgot to change towels and pillowcases even. We had two balconys, and the view was terrible, we had to watch someones backyard and some dirty trees, we could see sea if we looked very closely in one corner. One door got broken in one balcony, and they didn't even fixed it, they just weldet the door lock and we could not go there anymore. Terrible hotel, terrible staff and service, we insisted some compensation, but all they gave us was one free night, so we had to pay suite prise from terrible dark hole. Don't go to that hotel please.
We’ve spent 2 nights for our short visit in Hua Hin. The hotel is quite old, but still in a good shape and maintenance. The hotel features swimming pool, car park, restaurant, 24/7 gym and fitness, and spa. There is a mall for fusion food and drinks nearby. It’s about 5 minutes driving to Hua Hin downtown. You can even walk if you like to. Overall, it’s a nice stay.
Service in front desk is ok, you don’t get the room you booked but you get a pointless explanation. Food... well the included breakfast comes with the omelet in the picture... delicious. People here act as you’re bothering them with work instead of helpful. Avoid coming here
Booked for 7 days for over Xmas, upgrade room with sea/pool view. Plus points were room & bathroom were both good size and pool area was nice. Room was very tired, in need of revamp, bathroom same. Breakfast was nice enough, rest of menu OK, some dishes much better than others. Hotel Very quiet, think if it wasn't for free shuttle bus we would of gone insane as no entertainment in hotel, no late bar & no restaurant/bars within walking distance. Worst of all were mosquito's.....thousands of them.....getting in & out of lift at any time of day/night like being in celebrity jungle!!!! Used roll on & spray & had plugs for room but still eaten alive!!! Only stayed 3 nights then cut our losses (paid upfront) then left...far too quiet but OK if your looking for down time but prepared for mozzies!!!
First time I write a bad review on Trip Advisor... I was there for Christmas and wanted to have a nice and relax stay but the staff didn't really help much with that. First, we wanted to book a motorbike so the receptionnist called 2 agencies and told us there are no more. We suggested that she call more motorbike agencies and she answered that she cannot because she doesn't have number... So we proposed to have a look on Google... what we have done and guess what? We have obviously found a motorbike! The day after, we had breakfast outside (really nice view by the way), and a bird came and pour the coffee on the table. No problem with that, this is nature, we cannot do anything. So I just clear the table so the birds don't come back to eat and do a mess around it. I put the stuffs inside and let the waitress know about the incident so she can clean the table outside... Half an hour after my notice, the table remain the same: coffee and birds poo everywhere and the plates and cutlery I let on a table inside were still remaining.... Each time we asked something to the receptionist she makes us feel like we are bothering her.... It's Christmas! Should people not be nicer than usual?? Of course, this is not all the staff that was like that but only one or two are enough to make your stay unpleasant and I will definitely not recommend this hotel... However, rooms are ok, a bit old but ok and clean. Breakfast is average for a 4-star hotel... If I paid much more and the hotel was rated as 2 star, then it would have been ok and I would never compained. The fact is that for this range of price... I was expecting a much better service.
Sadly only had one night to spend here. Great service, friendly staff, nice facilities and a peaceful location. Facility was nice and clean and the hotel runs a shuttle four or five times a day to downtown Hua Hin. Beautiful pool in the center of the facillity.
My friend and I stayed for one night. We booked the premier sea view room. The room was a nice size for two people and clean. I wished we could have gotten a higher floor (we stayed in room 201) because it was a bit noisy from the beach in the morning and in the evening. I enjoyed our breakfast - it was delicious! And the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.
This is a quiet hotel if you want to relax. It's about 4km away from the town city. But they provide shuttle bus to city and cicada night market...so is still conveenience. Family would be idle to stay at Imperial. 1. Nice big and clean room. 2. Sea view from my balcony. 3. Bed was comfy to sleep. 4. Pool is clean. 5. Sea front hotel. 6. Quitet and relaxing to stay. 7. Can see sun rise from hotel. 8. Breakfast is standard...nothing surprise me but the sea view dinning experience compensate all. 9. Shower tap water hard to control hot & cold... 10. There a small mall beside the hotel...nice restaurant for dinner and chill out in the night. 11. Room rate is cheapper than those hotel in the town city which is only 4km away. 12. Overall experience...I will stay here again for next Hua Hin trip.
